Need customers service and support

4" pipe for my recently replaced sewer lines.

I got help by Cesar who went out of his way to get me some things that I needed from the top shelf’s and was very patient with me. Thank you for your help.

I went in to my local HD to purchase an advertised refrigerator both online and in store , I made it very clear to the associate that I wanted a specific color. The order was placed and delivery date set . I get home and review the receipt and it was for a different color fridge. I call the store , speak to the associate. And she tells me that the fridge I chose is not available and the system automatically defaults to stainless steel, and claims she didn’t hear me specify the color , even though we stood right in front of the floor model and asked multiple questions. Now apparently this fridge is not available. And HD can’t provide any answers. They know they made a mistake and nobody wants to answer to it. Terrible customer service.

I don't know if I have been lucky, but I have always found help when needed. I had plywood, four by six, indoor/outdoor carpet cut several times. I had help in finding things I'm looking for. Most wood (2by2, 2by4, etc.) I buy here. This is where I find it best.

I made a visit to the Westside, North Mesa Street Store, with the assistance of a very knowledgeable employee I picked up the exact part needed to complete a sink facet repairs.

The only reason I go, there is because there is things that I need to buy that served a purpose to remodel my home, but other than that the customer service is horrible, and they falsely accuse you of stealing

Lalo was exceptional. Assisted me very promptly and courteously.

Even though my experience wasn’t the best I think having great managers like Mike follow through and was always friendly and quick to respond to my needs I appreciate that.

Everyone was super nice and helpful, at the register the attendant call for assistance since we had a 5 gallon of paint. Thank you for being so attentive and friendly

Knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely a positive vibe in this store.

Need more attention to costumer service. Employees lack team work experience. If you ask them for help they say “thats not my area let me get someone” someone will arrive appt. 10 min. later. Employees never greet you or ask if you need help.

Is the worst experience I've ever had there at that store? No one is around to help and when you do find someone no one knows what they're doing so you don't buy nothing and they lose money. I needed four doors and no help even with the assistant manager. How sad is that

I bought four toilets with installation they all had the same SKU number. One was totally different and the Home Depot supervisor explained that it was my fault for signing the service orders at the time puchase and when I paid for the products.

New manager is not management material. Also, get rid of garden center employee, Bea, she’s a real snot. Very arrogant and isn’t customer service oriented.

Super lovely shoping with my hubby this morning, just the two of us. We found everything we needed. And, at checkout the cashier was just so patient and very kind helping me with the survey. We will continue to come to this location.

Best retail variety of houseplants if found so far!! Aside from small business nurseries.

In all seriousness, this is my favorite location in the city of El Paso. Not sure what it is about the employees and service but I feel most comfortable shopping at this location.
