I enjoy all visits to the store, I like to see all products and how neatly they are located on shelves. I like the prices as well compared to similar stores.

The products we were looking for were all available, associates were very friendly, and we loved how clean the store was....We will definitely be back!

Samantha Rosales as her named appeared on my receipt was the best cashier i have come across to in any of the home depot stores i have gone to in El Paso. She was so nice and not only nice but professional, she handled a rough situation with a customer in front of me so well and i was amazed how she was so nice even thought the customer was being rude. She is honestly a role model to the other cashiers in the store in my opinion

The Cashier Samantha was absolutely the best ever! She was so friendly and made my experience alot better than what I had expected. She was so friendly and caring she honestly has to be one of the best in the whole store.

I went to buy a ballast for the floressent light in the kitchen and was helped by an associate in the electrical department area the guy was super helpful on the technical stuff surprised me thanks manny

I'D LIKE TO POST A SHOUT OUT TO THE GUYS OVER IN BUILDING MATERIALS AT THE HOME DEPOT THAT'S LOCATED ON MESA STREET IN EL PASO TEXAS. THIS GENTLEMAN SAVED ME A TON OF TIME AND QUITE A BIT OF MONEY ON A PROGECT I HAD TO GET DONE. THE RESULT WAS THAT I FINISHED UNDER BUDGET AND WAY BEFORE THE DEADLINE. THANKS A LOT HOME DEPOT AND ITS EMPLOYEES FOR MAKING IT SO EASY "TO DO IT YOURSELF"

Went into store looking for two items. Was asked by sales associate, "Fernando" if I found what I was looking for? I told him the two things, he not only walked me to the department, he showed me difference choices. He showed me how easy your "app." was. I received such excellent service and attention to my questions, that I asked for assistance for four more different items. Then as I was paying, "Fernando" puts the icing on the cake. He tells me there is coffee available. What a morning. Great shopping trip. Now I have to go home and do the projects. Thank you for having such wonderful employees!!!!!!

I was very happy to have met your associate Mike, from Hardware, he not only helped me by giving me advice on a project but he helped me in building my project as well. He walked me through how I could accomplish it and I am so happy to have met such an awesome associate! I had to let you know how awesome he is, thank you!

Easy to purchase a tree of my liking and have it loaded into my truck

I’m always greeted very friendly when we go, I was looking for a couple of thing for my New Grill and back yard got most of everything except for a nice winds chime, asked an associate and she walk half way across the store to show us where they were. Only bad thing they had 3 and 2 were broken . Out of that everything was just great, it was late and all associates were very nice to us, not like when you go to a store or restaurant and you walk in just before closing and everybody is grumpy. Very good day.

As a whole the employees in every department are very helpful. They know me and that I am a widow and that I need extra help for which they are always happy to give me.

Need to organized the store faster in order to make sure that ailes are clear for customers. People working at Home Depot were so helpful and resourceful.

My wife and I were looking for a new washer and were helped by a gentleman by the name of Chris. He was courteous and helpful and gave us some good advice. We're completely happy with our purchase and will seek him out when we go to buy our dryer in the future.

Plumbing associate was nice but we waitwd 30 min. for his assistance.

Very pleased with our purchases and sale prices. Sales associate in Electrical department was friendly and very knowledgeable about products we needed.

I was very pleased with the costumer service at the west side store. I approached an associate and asked her for blades for a table saw and she took me to the aisle and showed me what I was looking for. Next I went to the electrical department and again before I asked for help. I was asked if I found everything OK. I asked questions on the different type of bulbs and the young lady was able to show me different types of light bulbs and switches and dimmers. I was impressed with how knowledgeable they both were. I had finally made my selection of all the lumber I was taking. I had four carts and I was asked if I had already parked my truck in the loading zone? They held my carts at the register while I moved my truck and trail into the loading zone. As I was being checked out I was wondering how I was going to load the trailer. Just before my purchase was completely rung up the clerk asked, if she could get someone to help me load my truck, and I replied sure. A young man walked up and was very eager to help me load all the materials. I was blown away with the way I was treated amazed at all the help I had received. I have not experienced such wonderful customer service ina very long time. I will continue to make Home Depot my building supply store. Chuck

The store wa clean and products easily accessible. Associates were aplenty in sight and always courteous and willing to help even if not their department. Cashier was friendly and courteous. Always a pleasure to shop in this store. Miranda at the service desk was especially helpful and so friendly.
