I bought a Rheem water heater and in less than two years it gave up I had to call the manufacturer of Rheem. Rheem was very good about replacing under warranty my water heater. Went back to Home Depot on the westside and bought a new tankless water heater with the help of the associates in the plumbing department. I then was redirected to the help desk where employee Donna assisted me, she was very helpful, very courteous and overall very helpful! I left the store that day satisfied and happy with my purchase and overall experience. Thank you Home Depot!

Seasonal area went above and beyond to save this product for me. It's a special gift for a sick relative that lives out of the US. Raven went out of her way to check, get and hold it for me. The front end was lovely at the time of pick up. To her I could have been just another phone call but I wasn't and that made a big impact. Thank you this means a lot to my family.

We love shopping around for the summer season. Especially their flowers and seeds. We have a beautiful garden at our home.

This is not about the product, it’s about the service. The installers stated that that we had an incorrect water valve although it has been in place for the last 47 years and there was no issue when the last one was installed. The installers said a plumber will change the valve at no charge and complete the installation however when the plumber came 5 days later he said the installation was not his job. He did change his mind and complete the installation. So here is the kicker, since we did not open the box until 5 days later to discover freight damage the manufacturer will not do anything for us but we did receive a discount from the store. I will not be using Home Depot for appliances or any other large purchases.

Everything went very smoothly. Workers arrived when scheduled, they were very polite, and they completed building the shed in about 4 hours. I was able to put the entire cost of the shed, materials, labor, etc., on my Home Depot consumer credit card, which really helped me out. I was totally satisfied.
