      They have what I need.
      I recently built a home in NH and this store was important in making that possible. Flooring, general construction items like wood and electrical supplies right down to the paint department. Many times I researched products online, found them available and in stock at this store and they were what was needed. One thing in particular of note was a quote for a shower door. It was 25% of the cost at this store and I installed it myself. It is high quality and I do appreciate any savings. The staff has helped me on mulitple occasions and while no one knows everything, they have a competent group who have saved me time and money.

        Great customer service
        Was in the hunt for a snow blower. Had seen one outside the store. Went inside and saw 1 more. I inquired with customer service desk. The young lady had called who I thought was just a manager, turned out she was the store manager. Great customer service through in through

              Wonderful customer service
              Incredible customer service and problem solving among West Lebanon team members and store manager when we stopped to purchase a snow blower. The sales representative was friendly and committed to helping us with the sale. The store manager went above to assist with the ensuring the purchase and delivery of our snowblower, same day. My husband is visually impaired so it was imperative we purchase a preassembled snowblower, this team made that happen with ease and satisfaction. We will absolutely return to this store for any future needs.

                  mixed bag
                  Some departments are great, e.g. the interior design folks. Some are fleky, like thsoe at the self-checkout, and some things are simply horrible, e.g. the computer systems for placing speical orders or updating customer infirmation.

                      Great Name a Home where you can find the things you need!
                      I do all of my shopping there, from Tools to wood your garden needs. Great selection of nuts, bolts nails Wood screws, Appliances, lighting, yard decorations, We needed this store here the closest on to us was Tilton on Interstate 93. Now 20 miles away.

                        Not my greatest Homer Experience
                        The good - I'd give the associates in small appliances (DOM) 5 stars. The Bad -The rest of the staff -1 to 2 stars. Front end lead (possibly a mgr) very rude and NOT helpful. She went back to the computer screen by the front door after her sarcastic reponse to my question. I will say the junior associate tried to help. Not a good example if she is a leader! I have shopped HD all over the country and this was my 1st experience at the West Leb store, and thankfully, I never have to go back! My home store is in Littleton, NH where the staff is Top tier.

                          Above and beyond with warranty help :)
                          I had purchased a new range in July and had trouble pretty quickly. After many hours on the phone and two technician visits it seemed pretty hopeless. The range was under warranty. As a last resort I tried going to our local store and asking for help in person. The assistant manager and customer order specialist were instrumental in returning the credit for the range and replacing it with a different choice. This was not an easy task and did not happen immediately. It took determination and their time to accomplish. I have to also give a shout out to the staff at the customer service desk as you enter the store. Every time I was there they were asking to help as soon as they could. I witnessed that with many other customers as I waited my turn as well. Always pleasant and friendly. The teamwork at our West Lebanon store is very evident. Many thanks for all of your service!!

                            just went in to buy a hose
                            I went in to buy a new hose. After 20 minutes trying to decide which one and looking at all, I found one 100 ft expandable hose. I went to check out and the hose wouldn't scan. The girl at the register tried a few times and finally checked her HD phone which told her it was not sellable due to it being on recall. "THEN WHY ARE THEY ON THE SHELVES, I ASKED". Mind you now there was a whole box of them with NO sign saying they were on recall. So I had to go back and spend another 10 minutes picking out another one that I didn't want, but bought anyway cuz I needed a 100 ft hose.

                              Excellent customer service
                              I went to the store on a quiet, late Friday afternoon and found the staff, especially up by the self-checkout, very helpful and willing to go out of their way to make my shopping experience easier. I had a whole cartload of pipe insulation and an employee offered to take the cart to check out and hold it while I continued shopping with another cart. When I got there, they saw me coming and already started checking out for me.

                                  Repair shop for Ryobi is GONE!
                                  I have purchased more than a dozen of Ryobi tools for my two homes. It was so convenient to be able to drop it off at the repair centers you had at the stores (I have homes in Woodstock, Vermont -near the West Lebanon store). I only had to use them a couple of times, but now it's a huge hassle to send them off to get fixed at some distant location.

                                    Molly was the Associate that assisted me. She was friendly and professional. She had a bright smile and a great attitude. She checked my order and discovered that all of my items had not been picked. She first gathered the picked items. Then she checked to make certain the missing items were in stock. She then requested that the Associate that was responsible for the area locate and pick my item. He did so. While he was getting the missing items she helped me with a broken item. She directed me to the location of the replacement item and started the exchange process. Once I returned with the replacement she quickly made the exchange. She said she was new but I believed she was an experienced professional that had been there awhile. She had me happy and on my way in a very short time. She sets an extremely high standard for Associates. If everyone in the store was like her sales and customer satisfaction would rival Chewy.com.

                                        Very Rude
                                        I bought a couple of plants at Claremont Home Depot, they told me I had a year to bring them back if they didn't thrive, so I brought them to Lebanon and he refused to help me to get some satisfaction so I took them home and destroyed them. Not a happy soul. Gloria Prokulewicz. No photos to show now.

                                          Unreliable App. And no one asks if you need help
                                          I use the Home Depot app to check if items o need are in stock before I drive there. In a recent trip I needed circuit breakers. The item I needed said there were 34 in stock. I drove to the store to get 4 breakers. There were none on the shelf. I had to seek assistance because no one ever asks if you need help. I explained to the employee I found who was nice but assured me none were in the store despite what the app said. She said the app is often wrong. This has happened to me several times where the app says one thing but that is not the reality in the store. Fix / update your app. If you can’t keep it updated then don’t post wrong information to the app.

                                            Usually have what i need. Really need a Lowed to compete with. Employees mostly dont seem to want to talk to you. Got some weird bad paint here one time...wouldnt cover worth shucks. Brand name...took it back, got a refund, no hassle, except the drive.

                                                I ordered a new table saw and had it delivered to my local store. It arrived on the day promised and the person at the pick up window was helpful and kind. What more can you ask for!!

                                                      bought some window trim I've been needing.
                                                      went in to buy window trim. The whole isle was just about blocked off wood and equipment with 1 guy appearing to move around the trim. I asked if I could get by so I could find what I was looking for. No volunteer of help. Just a nasty face. When I asked if there was someone to help with cutting the wood, he said there's a saw in another isle or I could just cut it myself on the little hand saw they provide. Mind you the trim was 16 feet long. No offer of help. Just kept on moving the trim to look busy.

                                                        I shop here very often and every time I need a hand getting something or finding something I have to walk around for at least five minutes looking for an employee.

                                                          Never can find what should be stock items. The home town hardware store always has what I need and most of the time it's cheaper.

                                                            One change needed
                                                            I built a house in the last year and a half. I purchased some material early to make sure I had what I needed. Some on a Home Depot card and some on a personal credit card. Once I was done I had some material to return but since about $180.00 of it was on a personal card and over 3 months I could not return. Even though it was still a stock item and not opened. If it was purchased on my Home Depot card I would have had a year to return. I spent tens of thousands at Home Depot building this house and gained Elite Pro status but the assistant manager would still not take the return. Maybe I'll have better luck with the main manager when I make the call.
