I love the professional staff, store hours, product selection and value.

Deborah was working in the Garden area where the Christmas trees were for sale. She was friendly and helpful and was a good sport, since it was cold that day. She had a great attitude and did a great job w/her arranging her helpers cutting the tree and helping getting on the car.

I do not like shopping in general. I really dislike shopping in West Leb, and Black Friday is the worst. I didn't want to go at all but since we need new appliances for the cabin we are building, the Black Friday discounts were enough for me to overcome my hesitation. This store was actually a very pleasant experience. We found a very helpful associate who devoted a lot of time to us and helped us pick the appliances we needed. Believe me, I almost never say that I enjoyed shopping in West Leb, especially on Black Friday, but this time I really did. Well done Home Depot.

Normally my experience at this store is above and beyond my expectaions. However on this particular day 11/28/2015 at 10:30 a.m.,I went to HD to purchase some packages of Canawick fuel blocks. Since the Christmas stuff was put out, I had to go outside to the garden section to get the blocks. No big deal there. However when I brought the items to the cashier, he scanned the items and closed the door. Took a bit to ring it up. (Important text came through apparently) He opens the door and tells me "It's about $60.00." I paused for a moment and he said "Did you have any questions?" I said yes, how much are they? He closed the door again and came back and said "They're $.24 cents shy of $60 bucks." Aggrivated I gave him 3 Twenties. He gave me my change and went back inside, closed the door and went back to playing on his phone. Unfortantely I had another place to be. If I have to deal with that kid again, I will be asking for the manager. After going to this store for quite a few years now, I have never experienced this anywhere. I will certainly continue to shop at this location. But welcome to the new society I guess.

Our local Home Depot was out of stock of the power product (makeeta) for $99 black Friday deal. So we tried to pay for it at our store so it would be ready at the West Lebanon, NH store. Ended up that the associate called the NH store and had it set aside for us at the service desk. We were able to drive there and pick it up, along with a few other items. The deals were fantastic, and the associates were extremely helpful. My husband is a builder, so he frequents the store on a regular basis. The power tool will make a great Christmas gift.

My wife and I were helped by Dennis in the electrical area. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Two other outstanding employees were Troy and Jen in helping us pick out carpet for our home. Thanks.

Dan didn't wait long before asking if we wanted help. We told him what we were looking for and he easily directed us to products that met our requirements. When we were unable to make a choice, he directed us to customer ratings and pointed out that even though the two products had the same rating, one had 6 reviews and one had thousands. He was very patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and he had a great sense of humor. Once we get around to redesigning our kitchen, I will definitely seek out Dan to assist us through the process. The store was quiet when we were there on a weeknight, it was clean, well organized, well stocked, and the one time we asked a random associate where something was, he was able to direct us exactly where to go.

If I go to the store not quite sure of exactly what I need to solve my problem, I always find some Home Depot employee who is capable and ready to help me understand and find what I need. This is like the good old days. Keep up your good work.

Always find what I need. In store or online. Everyone is super helpful and friendly, but not annoyingly friends.

Rich Gombar has been so completely helpful and creative in helping me design our new kitchen. I have liked his creative ideas for how to best use the space, and I appreciate his artistic eye. Additionally, he is clear about value. which things would be good to add, and which things are more superfluous. He worked hard to help me stay within my budget. Thank you, Rich.

Had several things needed to keep going on my kitchen re-do. The people at this store were more than helpful. One gal who had helped me before came up to ask how the project was coming along. She remembered me from a previous trip there! She answered all my questions and even gave me a couple of new ideas.of

In the lumber department, I very much appreciated Rod's help in loading my cart with pressure treated lumber -- he was upbeat, efficient, and very helpful. Gina at checkout was also friendly and helpful.

i am very happy with this store. I have usually always been able to find everything that I have wanted there. I am so glad we have a Home Depot near by my location.

This is my favorite Home Depot store. There is never a problem getting help, and the associates are knowledgeable and very helpful. Unlike some stores, yes some Home Depots, every employee at this store engages people with exceptional energy and enthusiasm. Whether I'm coming for lumber, plumbing, tools or electrical, customer service or while I'm at checkout, each department is prepared. The store is well run and seems to hire only the best people. And people make the difference! Thanks for being my favorite Home Depot, West Lebanon.

Multiple employees walked by me especially in Hardware and Tools and know one greeted me. I've worked retail before and you ALWAYS greet the customer. Still enjoy shopping with the Home Depot, but I think this store needs to hold their associates to a higher standard for customer service.

Not a fan of "big conglomerates box stores" but am profoundly impressed by friendly, knowledgeable helpfulness & array of quality products available at this store.

Needed a multimeter to repair my dryer. Could not find them in the isles. Asked one associate, he did not know what a multimeter was. So I, asked another associate where the multimeters were located. He knew what the device was and where to find it. There were quite a few devices to choose from in all price ranges. I also purchased some CFL bulbs. There was quite a selection of those as well.

Dawn was so helpful and understanding of our bad experience at Home Depot in Claremont NH. She did her best to resolve the situation.

I am very happy to see variety of items in this store. We often visit this store not only to buy things, but also to attend events hold for kids. Overall I can give this store a five star. If there are more checkout points and associates to help with, the store will be perfect.
