KC (Kadambari C) in customer service did a wonderful job helping me cancel my online order (ANOTHER STORE????). I explained to her that I had to use online since my ultimate rewards gives me 10% back, she went above and beyond (spoke with her manager) and gave me the 10% discount. What started as a BAD EXPERIENCE WITH someone who didn’t want to help me at all at the beginning (different customer service representative) turned out to be a a positive experience in the end. Thanks 😊

People standing in line to checkout and there are 3 self checkout registers closed. 4 employees standing around chatting and giggling when they could get all of the carts there are in the parking lot or run a register.

I was searching for something but couldn't find it. James took time to help me look for it. We eventually found it which wouldn't have happened without his help. I have always found him to be the most helpful associate in this store.

Ali was so helpful at the check out counter. He was polite and held good conversation as we were checking out.

Garden Center employee was quick to assist! Manner was Deen (sounds like my brother Dean). Promotional price was not being applied, he quickly realized that while the display had moved from its original place, he remember seeing the correct pricing and adjusted. His attitude was fantastic and his effectiveness and taking care of the problem was impressive..

I went into the store to purchase some necessities for my house and do some yard work. What I came across was how exceptional the quality of the store was. I was so happy to walk in and see everything being displayed. I felt like a kid in a candy store, except now I'm a grown man being in hardware Heaven. I highly recommend this place to a friend!

I love this store even though little far I come to this store as they very friendly and mostly available on any help for options. Very clean and good staff.

Ms. Jasmine is the sweetest, most kind, and helpful person. She helps me every time I have a huge load in the cart, and is always helpful. If you need to know anything, just ask her! Her gentile and bright energy is truly infectious and it makes me want to be a kinder person. We need more people like Ms. Jasmine!

I purchased LED lights for my entire house a few years ago and had some go out. Product packing states 5 year warranty and Home Depot honored it and replaced my bad light bulbs.

Employee took me right to item that I needed.

This is an outstanding store with really good employees throughout the store. The Customer Service department is especially outstanding.
