Bought an electric dryer at this store and was very satisfied with the customer service and the delivery men that installed it were very polite and fast. Also, they hulled the old dryer away. And it was delivered on the actual scheduled day and time.

I had the best purchasing experience at home depot. I purchased a grill first time in my life. And I found the life-saver there. That person was Jennifer. She was the best employee ever to help me with my shopping experience. She managed to fix my online order, and replace missed items with substitutes. She even fixed my mistake with the wrong HomeDepot store, which I selected as part of my order. She canceled wrongly ordered items and helped to order them in-store, where I was. She even showed me how to operate my new grill and helped to put it in the trunk of my car. Best experience ever. Really.

Allison and Kelly went above and beyond to help me order a refridgerator.

The staff went above and beyond to help me locate what I needed. I had to return something and it was so quick and easy to make my return. The people at customer service were great! The folks greeting me at the door was awesome as well! Appreciate the fact that there is still good customer service in the world that we live!

Belva was amazing and help me get my material

Tried to purchase a pole saw but all of their high end products are locked up. Waited 20 min for someone to come and unlock the cage but no one showed. Asked for help from an associate who said he went off to find someone but no one showed. Even saw him heading back without stopping to let me know that someone was on their way.

I went recently to buy items and all employees on aisles were helpful and friendly in finding items. the cashier,Yasmin, was very kind in taking me to her shorter check out lane.

I had a very large Husky garage cabinet order that got a little messed up due to damaged product, delays and out of stock. While these issues were unfortunate, the 6809 customer service and management team were amazing. Not only did they communicate with me throughout the entire process, they genuinely made sure I was happy and satisfied with everything. During the process I worked with Bonnie and everyone else in the customer service department along with the assistant managers and store manager. Everyone was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond, THANK YOU EVERYONE at 6809!! I wish all home depot locations had a team like the one here.

I shopped over the weekend for cabinets and toilet and accessories. The middle aged gentleman working on the weekend in the cabinet department was without a doubt the most helpful and friendly employee I have ever met in any Home Depot!!
