This Home Depot is great to shop at. Staff always helpful

The store look clean and organized. Stuff's are easy to find and have plenty of stock in the rack.Friendly customer service.

Wonderful experience, finding things easy, organized, helpful staff, especially in Hardware store his name is Rich, he goes out of his ways to help others, I witnessed while he was helping me, nice & friendly people & comfortable atmosphere to shop without being interrupted. Awesome store.

It's always a fun enjoyable expirience to go to Home Depot not only this store but every store because they are all conveniently the consistent and the same. I never have a hard time finding what i need and getting the assistance from all the friendly super helpful staff. Plus, I love how clean and organized the staff are. But, the additional impresive bonus is how super clean the restrooms are. This shopping experience has made my day happier despite everything that's going on. Thank you Home Depot!

Great staff on deck: Carol was awesome to our fire department members as she always is, going the extra mile for us. The rest of the staff are spot on. Always willing to assist us from the time we walk in until we leave. They treat us like family! We love them all. Please thank them all for us.

Alexis in the washer/dryer department is excellent. He will listen to your needs, give you suggestions and has a pleasant personality. Great customer service he will not rush you. Alex will make you feel like everything will be great.

I shop here quite often, most of the time I'm satisfied with a particular exception, but I still enjoy shopping there.

Customer service was excellent in dealing with an online ordering issue. They took care of everything.

The West Niles store is always clean, neat and well organized. Especially the garden area where I spend considerable time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The paint dept informed me of the registration system for paint you buy so you can find the paint you used on different projects.

The level of service of the cashier was far below standard. Threw out gift cards that had a balance and stated that the receipt that indicated a balance was an initial balance... Poor training. Had to get a store manager to help determine that there was a balance. At the end did not receive an apology from the clerk. I can understand that mistakes happen. Rather than saying "oops" or saying she's sorry and needed to check something, she wanted to argue with me. Just poor training and focus on customers.

The Home Depot located 8650 Dempster in Niles has a great group of employees. They are always willing to help me whenever I shop there. And they do this consistently! They have plenty of products in stock and a nice selection.What I find especially nice is, if an employee sees you walking around confused (which I do when I shop there) they will stop and ask you if you need help even if it not there section. If its not there area of expertise they will make sure they find someone to help you. The store is clean and I like the new checkout area.

I'm very satisfied with my visit today in the store at Niles !!! Customer service representative and cashier Ronda were extremely helpful and make my visit productive , happy and easy ! I received immediately help and deeply thankful for this people ! They are really professional and provided service beyond my expectations !!!

Excellent customer service.

Customer service training is needed at this location. Some of the cashiers here are extremely rude. I've been to multiple Home Depot stores and other home improvement stores. These cashiers think it's funny to be rude to customer. They just stand there and chit chat.

Employee's were and always are awesome, Carol is always very helpful and has a smile on her face. Just a down to earth group of people. Keep them!!!
