I am disappointed how your cashier in the garden dept shorted me on my cash back I asked for $50.00 I got $ 40.00 back I was shorted by $10.00

Don’t waste your time going to SLW Home Depot. Bought a patio door lock one week ago at same store. Returned to store yesterday and store employee said that don’t carry those and never did. Website said 6 were in stock., here is a picture of the item purchased that Home Depot says doesn’t exist that was purchased a week earlier.

My yard has been upgraded significantly with Home Depot Red Mulch - a great bargain - 5 for $10 for red Mulch

My wife and I are building a planted area in our backyard and needed some landscape stones. It started raining while I was loading them to take upfront to check out while my wife was picking up a few things for another project she was working on. We got to the cashier in the garden department and Mitcheline helped us. She was the greatest, giving us plastic to lay down in the back of our SUV for the stones and arranged for someone to help load and even helped me find my Home Depot coupon on my phone. Completely satisfied is all I can say! Mitcheline is the best!

I ordered laundry room cabinets at the design area and if not for Sue who is amazing my order would never have been fixed. Deliveries were made before they were supposed to and there was not one to retrieve the boxes. We had to drive three hours to get them. Sue helped every way she could to make the order right. We also spoke with Vic the assistant manager and hope to resolve this soon

The employees greeted me as I walked in asked me if I needed help to care of me in a very professional manner and expedited my problem and got me my products and a very fast manner. Thank you so much.

I bought 2 19 inch toilets and it was not easy to find an available rep on the floo to ask questions abot the toilets.

This garden center is the most unorganized and trash on the floor.

She was awesome very helpful on helping us decide on our next washer. Took the time to explain how they work and extra features. Ours may have a few months to 1 yr left. Issues on/off now.

When I was having an issue checking out, a supervisor named Concepcion (Connie) came over and helped. She took time to explain store policy and then she helped me upgrade my account to Pro Xtra so I can start earning rewards.

I made a large purchase for flooring for my business at this location and the employees that helped me I put were so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! Highly highly recommend!

If you attempt to activate a gift card and the stip on the card needs to be ripped off, handle with care as it might also take off the digits of the card along with the PIN number. Two store representatives could and would not assist me in attempting to retrieve this information and I had to pay for my merchandise with my own credit card. No attempt was made to call in a manager to rectify the situation.

We bought custom blinds and everyone at the store in blind section was helpful. Frita took care of a problem we had with the blinds and worked thru the issue. Great customer service!
