Tony, the manager helped me resolve a situation within minutes. He was so kind, understanding and patient. He has a way about him. He has superior management skills! Amonrat, the cashier is a Diamond! She knew to call him to help. She is also kind and very professional. I appreciated her help. I can honestly say this store is 5 star rated. I have met so many wonderful people who work there like Paul in lighting, who is always so helpful and knowledgeable, Phillip in hardware, who is so quick to analyze my situation and get me the right tools. He has saved me so much time, money and brain damage! Cali keeps me uplifted with his dancing and always offering to help, the 3 gals in painting, Cassidy, Nancy and the other little gal with long black hair are the best! They have such extensive knowledge in the paint department and are always so gracious and kind. I wish customers would stop taking the spray paint cans and spraying paint all over the stickers and breaking the cans. That is so wrong and so time consuming and wasteful! It hurts everyone! There is a gal in plumbing, maybe Jamie, who is a plethora of knowledge deserves a medal when dealing with me! She is so terrific and really knows her stuff! I like Bonnie the Halloween lady in the garden shop too. She is so helpful and fun! I can't say enough about many of the employees here at this store. I know I missed a bunch but I will be back! Thanks to all of the employees who reach out and offer to help and to all of you who take the time and make the effort to make our shopping experience so wonderful. I value your skills and appreciate the time you have saved me by educating me on the proper tools, parts, and applications I need to use and follow. You know who you are and kudos to all of you. Associates at self checkout just stare at you but won't offer you any help

I went in with the intentions of exchanging an item that was damaged and had the luck of ending up in Vanessa's line. Unfortunately, no matter what she tried Vanessa was unable to help with the exchange of the item. I ended up leaving with my damaged item AND spending more money on a replacement. This is not a complaint! I left happy and so excited to set up my new item!!!!!! It was not Vanessas fault I was not able to do the exchange. The time, patience, and amazing customer service Vanessa put into helping me really made the experience great. I hope to run into her more as she has been one of the best associate experiences at a Home Depot for me!

After an issue with my HD card a cashier sent me to the Cust Service desk, there I encountered Davan. This young lady made a stressful time so much easier. A huge smile & a phone call later I was a happy Customer. She is what exemplifies true Customer Service. I own a Plumbing Company & she has all the things I strive for in my employees.

Kudos to Cali, our dancing bear who makes me want to dance in the parking lot! He is so positive and fun! Give him a high 5 or dance move or maybe a whirly bird fan for those hot days! To Mike in Lumber for saving me thousands of dollars with his knowledge and expertise. Can say enough about you Mike! Awesome! To Paul in Electrical who helped me finally come out of my closet and fixed my lighting and made shopping so much fun! Oh, the giggles we share! I always appreciate that you know what products to use, and the suggestions you make for what I need to finish the job. You are awesome too! To the Hardware guy with the beard and glasses.....thank you for always getting me the right products for my projects. You know your stuff for sure! I count on you with confidence! And to the young man who lives in Magnolia and helped me with my gutters! You are so sharp! I was clueless, and you took care of that! To all the gals and guys who work the front desk! You always are eager to help and extend your knowledge and smiles to me. You Rock! This is the best customer service store ever! I am sure there are many I missed, and I am sorry. As a local Home Improvement Contractor, I frequent this and other big box/specialty stores multiple times per week. The employees at this particular Home Depot location are particularly warm and welcoming. It is no small thing to be made to feel truly appreciated for one's business!

Excellent customer service. All employees I encountered greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I didn’t have to track down associate to get help.

Went for my job and noons wanted to help. Told to wait a few minutes which turned into a long time. Other people needed help and I helped them as they waited longer.

We purchased a sheet of plywood and had it cut down in store. The worker did not listen to our measurements. We told him 4 times and he still cut it wrong then laughed about it. We paid $70 for firewood. We should have gone to Lowe’s.

The main reason I shop at this location is not the convenient location, but my positive experience with the employees every time I shop there. When I ask about the location of a certain item, they never just point you there, they always walk with me to the isle and point it out. Cashiers are always attentive and ask if you found everything OK.
