Poor Customer service which is uncalled for in times like this especially when your store is not taking Max capacity of customers so less foot traffic and less customer service in general. there’s no reason For your returns cashier to be so darn rude

I shop at the store often. I usually find what I need to complete my project. The store is close to my house and convenient for me.

Ronnie the kitchen designer, is excellent to work with. Mitch & Quinton in flooring are great. They are pro-active and ready to assist before you even ask for help. The employees in the paint department have always been helpful too.

Store is near by. Always has what I need in stock. Workers are friendly and helpful. Ronnie Rosenblum helped us with our kitchen counter replacement. She was very helpful and walked us through the process. We felt very comfortable and moved ahead with our project. We purchased and set up the counter replacement the same day.

Incredible customer service at this Home Depot Store by the cashier Mitcheline. She needs to be recognize for her hard work and specially for her interaction with customer. Extremely very professional at her work place and always looking to assist any customers. she will go out of her way to help anyone that she sees that's looking for any type of assistance.

Shopped the SLW Home Depot for major appliances during their Black Friday sales event. We needed assistance in making our choice and the Appliance Specialist was very helpful. He guided and educated us on the appliances we had researched on-line. There was no pressure to buy, just very good customer support. We purchased 4 major appliances and saved a lot of money. I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends.

The staff is always available to ask for help. I was looking for a replacement handle for my toilet and Antonio was there to assist me. I didn’t need to find someone, he asked me if I needed help.

I had a bad experience with an employee there name Robert his customer service skills was like he didn't want to be there or bother, but I ran into Jack who works in hardware and electrical who helped me get what I needed. I informed Dot about my experience in the store and she said she would talk to Robert and thank Jack. I am a retired disable veteran and I expect to be treated better then that.
