Bought a new dryer during the 4th of July sale and the store was predictably swamped with numerous customers. Still, an associate names "Alexa" sought me out in the crowded appliance section, ordered the dryer I needed, reviewed all the details about connections upon delivery, and gave me multiple suits;le delivery date options. Just superior service at this store location.

Over the 55 years I have lived in Reno, I have seen many 'hardware' stores come and go. I am glad Home Depot is available for me. The staff is always friendly, the shelves are always stock with what I need and auto check out is easy. What more can a person ask for? Also, if my store doesn't have it there is another Home Depot near by.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for several years. It has very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable stuff which makes it different from other shops.

The quality is Service is great because most of the employees have been there forever

I have been shopping at this particular Home Depot for the last 11 years. Many of the employees have been working there that long because they’ve been working there so long, they know their job. Well they know me by name they’re extremely courteous. and professionals at what they do.

If you need customer assistance, seek out Dee Dee Moreal. She is knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. If she does not work in the department you need, you will assist you in finding the correct one.

I went into the store quite frustrated, buy left very satisfied enough to actually go on line, Shelly at customer service took excellent care of my needs. She is awesome and deserves a raise,

I have had some very horrible experiences with Home Depot in the past. Almost to where I would not shop there anymore. Your two employees Jacob and ayden turn that around for me. Amazing customer service. Amazing attitude. Respectful and all around awesome young men. They really went out of their way to help me so from now on I will shop at this time to make sure I am able to buy products through them.

I will be doing some upgrades soon and will certainly be shopping at Home Depot.

The staff at zip code 89523, Reno NV is the most friendly, best trained staff I have ever experienced. I am a State licensed Contractor, and I have shopped at Home Depot for years for my HVAC trade. The product characteristics (size, capacity, brand and products expected life span) exceeded my expectations. Especially liked the stainless steel finish that does not show fingerprints

I was very happy when James came over to help me gather all the hardware and supplies that I needed to get a unit up and running. James was stocking in the power tool aisle and as soon as I asked him for help, he immediately stopped what he was doing and ended up going aisle to aisle with me helping me make sure I got everything I needed. I was able to save myself an extra trip thanks to James for taking his time to help me shop for the parts I needed for my project

I have had the best experience shopping in this particular Home Depot than any other. I have lived all over the U.S. and been in many Home Depot stores. Except for one young man, all employees have gone above and beyond to help me. I do appreciate their help! Great store!!!

Philip in the plumbing Department was a lifesaver. Todays project was to hook up a Kangen alkalizing water machine to our sink and it required some thinking outside the box to do it. I literally couldn’t have done it without Philip, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Customer service over the phone was poor when dealing with damaged items.

Every time I visit the store, I am greeted and always asked if I need any assistance. Associates not only take me to different sections and show me different parts I need, they also make sure I understand how things work and go above and beyond to make sure that I know what other items may be needed. Plus, they all have a great attitude and they’re a lot of fun to talk to!!

There were plenty of employees to help locate items on this trip to this store.
