The best experience at a home improvement store hands down! The employees are very knowledgeable and FRIENDLY! thanks, Home Depot in West Seattle! You guys have a customer for life in me!

Note that a zero or 1/2 star rating are not available options. Customer service and staff knowledgeability are not good at this store (chain). Even though inventory, location, & price comps would typically be a draw, I’m motivated by my dissatisfaction to shop elsewhere.

Awful customer service; unfriendly, unhelpful and zero knowledge.

This is a great store, friendly professional people. Kathy in appliances and Ryan Manager are great to work with. If you ever have any issues they will take care of you.

I order from Alaska..Pro desk makes ordering very easy very knoligable and efficient ...they deserve a raise....

I really can't say enough good things about the employees at this store. Every person I have encountered has been beyond helpful, knowledgeable and kind. It's my favorite Home Depot location

Thank heavens, as a new resident in Washington from Indiana, my experience with this local Home Depot was superior to anything I ever experienced at a previous Home Depot. We are heavy home improvement material users, so I'm very pleased that we live close to this store with excellent service, kind employees, and a wide variety of in-stock items readily available.

Easy ordering for shipping to Alaska, very knoligable..

Great store with great employees and I just can't wait to comeback to it for my next project.

If you need carpet go to this store and ask for Ben Mitchell. He is the absolute best, helpful, knows the products and a delight to deal with.

I love shopping at my West Seattle Home Depot. I'm there several times a week and the store employees recognize me and are very helpful. I love the variety of products the store carries and I'm sure to always find what I need, and then some.

I worked with Abbi in hardware. He was incredibly helpful with me to find a tool for my ps4. Abbi was patient and truly interested in helping me solve my problem. A great experience.

The gas grill we wanted was sold out. The gentleman at the door was very helpful and apologetic. He suggested we look outside just in case there might be one assembled. There was! We purchased our grill and there was a bit of confusion about who was supposed to unlock it but Jeff came to our rescue and even helped us load it. I wish I had the name of the kind gentleman at the door because he and Jeff saved our Sunday BBQ. Thanks guys!

I want to thank Alexis, Sterling and Joel for doing a tremendous job helping us in a difficult situation with a relatively new water heater that had failed and was not backed up by the manufacturer. The staff and managers understood the emergent nature of the situation that required the immediate replacement of the product and, again, even though the manufacturer would not, they provided a full refund for the product. When you can count on this kind of support for the products you purchase from the store, you can shop more comfortably. Thank you to everyone at the store involved!

This store is great because of the customer service! It's not the biggest but every time we go, there is no problem get help from the employees. Been to other stores and I find this to be one of the best in service.

This store has the friendliest, most knowledgeable associates I've come across. Every department I've been to (kitchen, bath, paint, garden, lumber, hardware, tools, lighting) each and every time I've been to the store, has gone above and beyond in customer service. From the greeter at the entrance to the cashier at the exit, just an exceptional team! I would recommend this store for any home improvement needs.

My crew and I came to buy cleaning supplies. A man (named Rick?) hepled us find everything and took us to aregister. Decided to by a new washer and dryer for tug. He helped us find the right ones for the tug. Even pointed out our tax-free status since we were based out of Alaska...saved money there. It was just a very pleasant day. Will only come to this store from now on.
