Great store and great employees

He was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and a true willing worker. I sincerely appreciated his assistance. I will return just because of his customer service. He has restored my faith in earnest & sincere customer service, for it seems to be a forgotten sport, nowadays.

Lumber staff was extremely helpful. What started out as a recommendation, ended up as directions, followed by help loading out the items! Thanks again! Right stuff, right place, right on time!

I’m 74 year old woman and I bought a filled propane tank. The employee carried it to my truck without me having to ask.

I'm a frequent shopper of The Home Depot, especially this store. Everyone is always pleasant and eager to help. I'd like to highlight two areas, the Paint Department and the front counter. The people make shopping there a great experience.

We had a great experience. Plenty of people to help. Everyone was very friendly. The only issue we had was the checker applying our Home Depot tax ID. She said the number didn’t come up. Hopefully this will be rectified.

I needed a washing machine. It was not in stock, but the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. So I bought the machine. It’s nice to still see friendly people willing to help

This Home depot in Shreveport is the one Icchoose overwhelmingly first. The employers are very helpful and friendly. I almost always have an excellent experience.

You may go to this store and have a great experience! Happy employees, wanting to help and be courteous. Or, you may show up when everyone is tired of being at work…then, good luck getting help, or even getting the items you’re there for. They aren’t shy to speak out loud in front of co-workers and customers that they are tired, ready to leave, complain about other customer experience and so on. Even management has sunk into this mentality and even played into it. A section of the store was closed. I asked if it could be opened so I could finish my shopping. They said they were trying to close. I asked them what time they closed. They told me and it was more than 20 mins before that time. I then asked if a manager could open that section. They literally drug their feet while walking to the service counter. I waited. Then, after time had passed, I was told that no one was coming to open it. That I should make my final selections and head for a checkout. I did. Asked to speak to a manager too. Manager showed up and I told him what happened. He said “we’re trying to close”. I asked him what time they closed. He answered and I told him it was more than 20 mins away when I originally tried to access that area. He didn’t care and once again stated “ we’re trying to close”. He finally asked what I needed from that section. I told him and he said he would try and go find one. He sent another employee back to me with my item. I never saw him again. They asked me to checkout bc they were closing. I did (5mins until closing at this point). The employees were all standing around at the only unlocked exit door complaining to each other in front of me and all the other customers about it being time to close and how HD should’ve done things differently. I spend a lot of personal money, business money and my clients money at this store. I won’t anymore!

These people are friendly, helpful, and kind.

Live in Carthage so first time to Shreveport Homw Depot. Received same quality service I get in Longview and Waxahachie

The man who has worked there 40 years stacked all flooring on a pallet and wrapped it in plastic since it had been raining that day. He then loaded it in the back of our truck with a fork lift. We had to hand load at the other store. Thank you for doing that since we are elderly.

This store is the absolute best Home Depot I’ve ever been in. The products are great and the service is amazing.. I bypass everything else to shop here!!!!

Stacey and her team helped me secure a 12ft skelly for my wife's 40th birthday! This team rocks. The Home Depot is lucky to have someone like Stacey on their team. I buy serval things weekly. Staff is great. I’m always greeted. Ry is a tremendous help, goes above and beyond

Rosevelt was the best. Very friendly and helped me from walking through the door to loading my car. Very clean store and friendly staff.

I refuse to use self check and, I can always find a nice person to check me out at commercial pro counter.

There's a guy that works their name Freddy he been there for 40 years and he is excellent in the store all over no matter where he is or department.

The employees at this store are overall friendly and helpful. I am usually greeted by one employee who always asks if I need help. On my last trip I left my phone at the self-checkout. The employee who was there took my phone to the ProDesk, and I was able to retrieve it later in the day. Yay!!!
