I’m disabled & I received the Best Help! That anyone could ever ask for, by helping me to find everything on a shopping list! The Worker “Gabriel” was so very Kind & Helpful Too Me!

Here is a store that is friendly and helpful. The employees appear happy to be there, there is plenty of lighting, and you can spend hours there looking around or getting ideas for your next project.

I found the products I was lokking for. Store clean. Associates were very friendly and helpful included the greeter at the door.

Home Depot , Store 381 is the best store in Shreveport/ Bossier. Everybody was so friendly and helpful . Marsadis gave me the best experience by communicating.

Never have a problem finding what I need. I'm usually in and out in no time.

I recently purchased a home and wanted to see what floors Home Depot had to offer. The first time I went in the store, I required assistance in deciding what floors to purchase and to set up an appointment to have my rooms measured. That process took 3 1/2 hours. Once the measurements were completed I had to go back to the store to make the final decision on which floors to order and pay for my purchase, that day I waited 2 1/2 hours. Well....the perfect floors for me were online only solid bamboo flooring and took two weeks to come in. When they arrived to the store I went in to set up delivery and to order more flooring for three more rooms. The visited lasted 7 1/2 hours. RIDICULOUS!! The lack of knowledge from the flooring specialist and lack of support from management is unacceptable, especially seeing as though I’ve spent upward of $10,000. with Home Depot on this purchase. I am sure this is not an everyday occurrence, because I’ve shopped at this Home Depot before and had good experiences, but Customer service of this kind, is one time to many.

There is always someone there to help answer questions and help you load your cart or vehicle. The store is clean, neat, and easy to locate the items you want. It is more like a neighborhood store rather than a big national chain store. I go out of may way to shop at this store. A real pleasant experience.

Don't go to this store after the day managers leave. Managers and employees don't have a clue about the merchandise in the store. It clearly shows they were not trained or brief in the area in which they work.

If you need help at the lumbar section, ask for Tyler. He has been there for 3 years now and he is very helpful and friendly

Very inconsistent. Sometimes employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Other times you can’t find anyone to help. Store has been out of key items(like paint). There are a few key longtime employees who are very good but they are not available all the time. The store is in a convenient location for me and I shop there often.

I just love shopping at this store, because the employees are always friendly and helpful, plus the free coffee is taste real good.

Home Depot has always been one of my favorite stores, but today they became my hero! If they don't have what you need in the store the clerks will go online and do all they can to get you what you need! Friendly service no doubt about it !!!

this store will not allow me to use a store credit because it was not issued in my name and they said this was an attempt to curb fraud. this does not combat fraud, if you want to combat fraud stop taking items back without a receipt. YOU ARE PUNISHING THE WRONG PERSON I WILL NEVER SHOP HOME DEPOT AGAIN ........... THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER CHOICES.
