as a handicapped person was a little disturbed of the lack of motorized carts. the normal storage area for them was filled with BBQ grills instead of displaying them outside as usual

Excellent customer service in the paint department from Brenda and Lane. They were extremely busy due to the rebate promotion but they displayed great attitudes and morale! While visiting the plumbing a female associate from Queens, New York was able to point me in the write direction on what wax seal to buy for my toilet and the best for last was Jenelle at the checkout. She suggested that I join the "pro" club and it would save me money in the future. She went above and beyond to assist me in completing to form. Thanks you everyone at Home Depot!

I have always found this store to be well-stocked with staff who may be busy but respond as quickly as possible in most circumstances. On occasion if the staff person for a Department is NOT available those who are will do their best to assist unless a very complex item/issue is involved. They will usually ensure that the person who will be handling the situation is aware that (someone else) is waiting. Even at closing, courteous and helpful people ARE THERE!

The store is always clean and well stocked but I wish there was a lumber cart storage on the inside as well as the outside. Employees are very friendly and eager to help. The customer service for returns is fast and the level of technology for check out is great. An item to improve on is some type of enforcement of the "Pro Status" in the use of the special parking slots. I seems like non pro contractor customers can fill up these special parking stalls which leads to having to transport larger heavier items across the parking lot for loading in more inconvenient areas.

We visited this store twice in two days to purchase a washer & dryer and second day an outdoor grill. Both times the employees who assisted us were very knowledgeable and helped us with making the correct purchase to suite our needs.

I shop HD at least 3 times a week. I love this store, they seem to have a bigger selection in the garden department (which I Love), store employees are fantastic. Keep up the good work

I have used this store for everything from getting keys made to a total condo renovation project.I find the associates in the store to be very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.I Drive by 2 other home depots to go to this particular one...Not that the others are better, or worse, but that I know exactly what I am going to get at this store, so I find no need to go elsewhere or even go to a competitor..Keep up the good work..!!

Went to several stores today looking for just the right grill. No one at the other places took the initiative to even ask if we needed help. Andy was there from the moment we walked in, guiding us through original purchase and selection of accessories right through checkout and loading our new grill into our vehicle. Thank you Andy, we'll be back

I am not dissatisfied with the staff in the door department only the fact that nothing seemed to happen in a reasonable time frame. In fact Dave and the gentleman who finally took our order and payment Were knowledgeable, polite, and very helpfull

Always have a good experience with the Home Depot stores. My favorite time to shop is first thing am, on the way to work.

Typically sho at 22nd avenue location, they seem to have larger selections on items.

Hard to find good help. All the employees were nowhere to be found, some guy who was on break with his pink smart water blatantly said we needed to find someone else cause he couldn't help us. Took forever to find help. All the flat top carts were taken by orders. Only two people were nice, a lady named Char and a guy with brown hair and a short beard, gray shirt. No one helped us unload the cart, and the guy who attempted to help claimed he was "helping other customers". WHAT CUSTOMERS? It was near closing time and most of the customers were at check out!!

If you need window shades for your home, go see Heather or Sheri in this department! I could have never done it without them! Talk about Customer Service at its finest! Thank you HOME DEPOT!

This was one of the best experiences I have had at this store. Always hard to find help, but this time even if it wasn't their dept. they tried to help anyway. Were very nice in answering my questions.
