The store #4284 is well stock with everything you may need. Employees are well informed and helpful. I enjoyed my last shopping day there because I found everything I needed.

Line several people long at self check with one poor woman trying to help with all of the computer/checkout issues. Literally pointed at and to the 6 employees chatting and watching at the normal registers who then scattered and did not help

I’ve had online delivery drama and later needed to return a few items. Michelle in customer service was patient, happy, and funny. Someone saw us and he brought over orange hard hats. Needed her to wear it and I was busting her chops. He then had us getting our picture taken with others. It was hilarious! I had such a blast, returned some items, and of course purchased more!

Rent a snake it was broke and still paid full price on a rentsl

I was looking for a specific message on an aluminum sign, and I went to the store because online said there were 5 in stock. Actually, there was one in stock and it was dented and banged up. It was a wasted trip and frustrating.

Went to purchase an item indicated as in the store ready for pickup except it wasn’t there. They told me to order it for same day delivery. I did so but the item was not delivered and there has been no further communication from HD about when it will be delivered.

They got for me what I was looking for. They did a great job? Thanks

I am at the Westerly Home Depot a lot as a real estate investor. I always get great service at this store. The employees are always attentive and receptive to helping find a product or provide advice. I use the Pro Desk and they are great over there too.

Two employees were very helpful with a complicated return procedure. What employee was at the entrance service kiosk, and the other was in the pro service area. They demonstrate a confidence, knowledge of the procedure and good customer relation during the process. Was anxious about possible difficulty, but was un founded based upon my positive experience.

I’m in this store so often I can direct other customers!!

I needed 3 drain spout extenders and when I entered the store and asked the service desk, the employee was able to tell me which aisle to go to to find the items. Always a great experience at this store!

This location seems like it has zero quality control procedures set in place. I have had several issues ordering from this location where the store will either deliver the wrong size, or will just send the complete wrong item. Whenever this happens it is a major inconvenience as calling the store does no good. Based on my experience with the employees, many of them seem to not care/realize the significance of these types of mistakes. These issues caused by negligence have caused multiple work stoppages, and I have received zero acknowledgement from the Westerly RI location or Home Depot corporate - let alone any compensation for these mistakes. I spent $15K at the Westerly RI location last year and have been doing my best to try and avoid Home Depot this year as the lack of care given to customers (even high spending customers) has left a bad taste. Hopefully this review is at least acknowledged by a representative at the company earning $15 billion a year, but based on prior experiences it’s likely this review will never even be read by anyone.

During our last trip to the Westerly store, we encountered a person who was selling solar panel installation. His persistence was aggravating even after several instances of being told we were not interested.

There are plenty of employers to help you with your needs.
