On occasion it might take a while for me to find an available associate when I need help, but when I do find one, they always are pleasant and go out of their way to make sure I find my product and answer any specific question about it or other things. This visit, it was Connie.

The Westerly Rhode Island store is ALWAYS the most friendly store I go to. I live in Wethersfield, CT and the Berlin employees are not at all as kind professional and caring as the Westerly employees!!

This home Depot is amazing. I will go there whenever I need something.

Store is not bad. Always out of lumber though.

Good store. Found everything I need for a major multi window replacement at my home.

I found the product very easily and the service was very good.

The staff in the electrical and plumbing department are excellent. They know their trades and inventory. Quick in Quick out thanks to them. The cashiers are helpful and fast.

I was in store earlier in week and majority of employees either did not have masks on or wore them improperly. I left without picking up my phone order. I went back today and again the young man behind service desk did not have on mask. I asked him twice to put in on and he declined. I stressed that he needed to protect the co-worker standing next to him who was properly attired. Again I left without my phone order.

One associate helped me buy a product. He showed me the item on sale which I choose to buy. When I was rung out at the service desk the product did not ring up on sale. The associate looked online, said it's never been on sale. There was a big price tag next to the product in the store. He would not call the person that helped me to verify the price. Basically he said too bad. If I wasn't in a rush I would of called a manager and complained but I had to get to work. I've never had problems with Home Depot in North Kingstown or Coventry. This was the first and last time I will ever go to the one in Westerly. And I do go to Home Depot at least 3 times a week. The person who made my keys and showed me to the product was awesome. Your customer service representative needs retraining.

Some really helpful associates but many more who are not helpful. Very long wait times as in some departments only one person is able to take orders or offer assistance. Store is clean and well stocked and if you get the right person in the right department you can get some great advice. Seems to be a management issue I hope will be corrected.

Great store in general.............always a pleasure to shop there!!

Very helpful staff. However it is a smaller homedepot. Call ahead sometimes they are out of Nich items

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a home town feel. I previously wasted time over-analyzing options on the internet. Helpful staff at the store helped me find what I needed, answered my concerns and I left with a gas range for a good value to be delivered on a reasonable schedule. Now there's more time to jump on the honey do lists!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I think you should give them all a "BIG CHRISTMAS BONUS!"

Very nice store helpful people well designed floor plan ,products located in nice order, neat and clean throughout the store.

I waited in line for nearly an hour in the appliances section. I was ready to spend thousands on a new washer and dryer. The sales rep never once acknowledged me and spent the entire time working with one customer. She never apologized for the delay, called for help or offered an update on when she would be able to assist me. There were several other people in line as well in the same department. Other employees walked by and said they couldn't help because "it wasnt their department." Eventually myself and the others in line just left without buying anything because we were so frustrated. The sales rep could have cared less.

Bonnie was not only helpful to directing me to a product, but also remembered me and inquired about my success at locating the product at checkout. Bonnie is always kind and considerate when I shop at the store. Thank you!

The Westerly store staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly!

This store is neat and clean. Most departments are staffed but they are not always visable. What this store has that beats the rest, they have a front end representative that can move mountains to help you out. PINA is their superstar!!

Found the item. Couldn't figure out how to check it out at the register. The nice guy there helped me through the process!!

Our cashier, TAYLA, was very helpful, and went to the shelves to find us some equipment to substitute for other equipment that was out of stock. She charged us the smaller price that we would have had to pay if the smaller product had been in stock.

I have a great experience at Home Depot in Westerly Rhode Island. Everyone seems to really like their jobs and they enjoy helping their customers. No matter what I have ever needed they always rise to the challenge.
