Kelly in kitchen design was super helpful.

The person who helped me today was not only visible (not hiding in an out-of-the-way aisle) but made eye contact with me and gestured just enough so I knew she'd help me as soon as she finished helping the customer she was helping right then. That sounds simple, but there's a risk that either customer in this kind of situation might not cooperate - so it takes practice. But it's worth practicing because it improves the customer experience, and therefore customer loyalty, massively.

I bought an air compressor a few weeks ago and I love it!!

Never had so much help- I guess trying to hit a level- it was terrific!

I have always received courteous & fair service from managers ! Well except for one. We were laying out a kitchen trying to figure the footage. The girl in the kitchen planning dept was unwilling to do a quick layout, even within a day or 2. She was very arrogant + argumentative. I asked a manager for help, but he sided with her-they we’re very busy, but I think it’s because she was cute. Not the typical HD personnel. Otherwise GREAT SERVICE !

Had to pay full price for lumber, wouldn't take offer they sent to e-mail.

I live very close to this Home Depot and visit it often. I generally find what I am looking for however, if I require assistance, someone is always available to answer questions about my project. As a Army Veteran, I also appreciate the Military Discount policy.

The customer service representative Dani was exemplary in resolving a snag with an authorized refund. She was a caring listener on the phone and an efficient, kind, problem solver in person.

I constantly go to Home Depot several times a day and I enjoy the fact that they make it a point to know your name and greet you as you walk in. They are more like friends the. Staff members.

This store is always clean and organized. The staff are always very friendly and helpful too. I always feel welcome here. Thank you Home Depot!

The shopping experience was good. My idea would be that the more knowledge the staff has say in electrical the better I find certain stores have more experience then others so i travel to those stores if i need knowledge

Employee "Billie jo" in millwork went above and beyond with a tough part of our project. She knew the products and even when HE'S computers locked up she found ways to order. Really good at her job

This store is amazing. I have been to many and this one is far beyond. Clean neat and staff willing to help. Lumber department has two of the best guys I have ever met. Jeff and Shannon.

I went in early.The parking was easy. And there were not many people in the store.

Home Depot sales associates are all helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

Always find what I need but I have had problems with the cashiers.

I had a great interaction with a staff member Kaitlyn V who assisted me at the self checkout. She greeted me with a warm welcoming smile, was eager to assist even after the same problem twice. She presented well for the Home Depot Company!!

This store favors customers with unruly, barking, lunging dogs over the customer who would complain about having to be exposed to it. The manager did not see fit to discuss this with me, after waiting a bit I had to move along. I have also nearly stepped in dog feces while shopping here in the past.

You can tell the employees are really trying to make a difference, and will stop to help you even if they are busy with their assignments. There have been a couple of employees who have really helped me in the electrical department and in the plumbing department over the years. When I see them, I know I'm going to get the right information and product the first time. The store is well stocked most of the time and it's clean. I am a little shocked at the price of wood recently and hope Home Depot is doing everything possible to find good quality at more reasonable prices... I have a couple of big projects coming up, but we need cheaper prices to actually start.
