The tool department has always helped me. Very kind and knowledgeable staff members. Thank you for that. This world is full of division right now and it feels good that I feel confident that they will help me no matter what big or small the need. They even listen to my hardships. I call Home Depot my mall. Great Team of people.

Great service! The employee ( I think his name is Jeremy ) helped me find and install a new lick for a file cabinet that had the key misplaced. He was a real life saver! I greatly appreciate his service.

Not sure why you all have floor associates. Normally the folks at self checkout acknowledge you being there. The rest seem to stand in the aisles and chat with cosofmefzt

I didnt even get my military discount. I had to pay $40 for delivery plus hoses another $50 . The delivery guys didnt speak any English or read any English,hence why I dodnt want them coming into my home and being nosy and messing something up during hook up. They also left all the packing materials and old machine down by my curb. I am 77 years old and had to clean it all up with my disabled son . Then the sales girl told me it was not high efficiency and turns out it WAS a H.E Machine.

I am usually always happy with my purchases and if I have any issues Home Depot has always helped to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

During Cincinnati's recent "heat bubble" my AC unit failed leaving me with no "cool space" to recover from heat temperatures in the rest of my house 93-100 degrees. AC units were flying off the shelves. I was seeing "out of stock" messages with every search. (My window size makes it difficult). Missy, at Western Hills Home Depot in Cincinnati, was the ONLY customer service person who picked up her phone. In short, I drove from Kentucky to Western Hills Home Depot to buy the unit she helped me find. Thanks again Missy.

Thank you so much to these employees for not allowing me to feel like I didn’t belong there. Everyone there was nice. Everyone was courteous. Everyone was knowledgeable and when I got to the aisle that I was looking for two gentleman were very, very nice went above and beyond to go to the top level to retrieve my portable Toshiba AC. He even went as far as to pick it up for me and put it on my cart. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience thank you so much.

Ridge Hime depot is the best Home Depot in the Cincinnati area

I suggest you not carry this item as the spray comes out at 360 degrees around dial if nozzle isn't perfectly lined up, which I was not able to accomplish. Even in the OFF position, paint sprays in all directions from underneath the dial. Worst product I have ever bought.

Every time I shop at HD the lumber aisles are blocked while they stock the lumber areas. Aisles are full of orders that block in store customers. Constant problem.

Sales person took us to the exact isle and also help us the exact stakes because we had the wrong ones. Was very helpful.

I like shopping at this store as employees are friendly and helpful. I was asked if I needed help by / employees on my trip. Many times these days it’s hard to find an employee

I paid $822 for a $623 oven. I think if you but something over $500 you should get a few perks and at least a cord to your appliance. Thats just my opinion. Will probably shop around for my new fridge. The staff was very good though.

If you value your serenity stay away from Home Depot for remodeling!

I have purchased a variety of things from this store, be it hardware ,electric ,lawn equipment ,lighting plumbing and for the most part have been very satisfied with my purchases

It seems like the store is in need of cleaning up displays and making more room down the aisles for customers to shop and look.

Shopped here for many years, it’s very rare to not receive the help when needed. From the manager of the Pro Deek to the specialist in plumbing, electrical, lumber, there has always been some knowledgeable help around.

Purchased items for delivery. Had to call Lisa at the Pro Desk very helpful the delivery guys were great.

Janet checked us out and made sure I had help to load my purchases. Friendly and hrlpful

Cashiers are so pleasant to talk to you as they check you out. And clerks are so helpful when I can't find what I came for.

I was looking for Laminate' wall coverings and I asked 4 employees were was it, and all of them said it was over there'. I stead of asking, can I help you? Then I asked were was customer service? That is bad service
