Terrible customer service finding anyone to help you while in store. Felt like it was up to the individual to find what you’re looking for. I was looking for a light sensor replacement for my yard post light. Couldn’t find the item nor could I find anyone to help me find it. I would like to say that the employees were friendly and helpful but I couldn’t find anyone in the 6 aisles that comprise the electrical and lighting departments. Save yourself some frustration and find another HD or competing big box or local hardware stores.

Cashier could not figure out how to fix a problem she created. Handed me back my gift card, charged me the entire amount. Sent me on my way as if I had done something wrong. I made an online order for a ladder and am told it won’t be delivered until NEXT MONTH. Then why are there ladders IN THE STORE? Where will my ladder come from? Chiina? And I am being charged to deliver a ladder that could almost be walked to my front door from the store. Customer service is all you have seeing as you can not even keep product in store.

Awesome job and service, shout outs to Cortney the cashier, Steve from plumbing and Devon in power tools everybody was great and able to get what I want in minutes

All the store Specialists are always eager to help and easy to find. If they don’t have an answer for you they find someone that can help. My experience with this store for the most part has been very positive. I always appreciate the friendly and professional customer service I receive every time I stop in.

I had outstanding and friendly service from many members at this Home Depot. I own several properties in the area and enjoy my visits. Nate is one amazing sales associate though. Highly recommend the entire team

Parking lot quite full, lots of employees to help out. Received great service and nice people to deal with!

I have had several good experiences at the Western Hills Home Depot. I am particularly impressed with two employees: 1) Nate who works in fasteners. There have been multiple occasions where he has helped my wife and I locate what we need. 2) Bill Hamilton. He has been very helpful in pointing me in the right direction on many projects inside and outside of my house. Both of these employees are an asset to your store.

Like the store in general but on Thursday 5/20 was disappointed that no yard USA flags were anywhere to be found despite a kind cashier stating they were in aisle 44. Upon my return from said aisle ...no such flags available. She took it upon herself to check it out and upon return ...proclaimed #718 flags in inventory cannot be found . Very disappointed said flags were NOT displayed in front lobby of HD. Is PATRIOTISM entirely dead?

If negative stars were available that is what I would have given. The ability to order items that are not available and pay for delivery for items I can not get it terrible. The lack of professional people to speak to is even worse. I will not shop at this location again. I would rather spend mire at a different store or sit on traffic to get you a further location.

Doug in customer service and Nick in Hardware took the time to search for a tool combo that was in stock (computer said 14) but not where it was supposed to be. In fact stacked several aisles away in shipping boxes at very top. It took them nearly 40 minutes but they found it. The wouldn’t quit and were always friendly and courteous.

Paid for 12 bags of Vigoro red mulch. Drove over to have them loaded and they were completely out. The guy gave me the Scotts brand. Even tho I have already put down several bags of Vigoro. Get home and I was shorted 1 bag.

Tammy at the cash register is probably the most rude retail worker I have ever encountered. No hello, just stood there with a disgusted look while having to process my return. She let me know that the plant I was returning had to be thrown in the trash as if she had a personal investment in the plant THAT I BOUGHT! She then told me she didn’t know if she could even process my return because she didn’t know when I made the purchase, even though every tag was still there, still in the pot it was purchased in, and still living. She then followed up this joyful experience by letting me know that moving forward Home Depot would not be expecting non receipt returns. I do not feel as though this employee values her position and is in line with the companies mission.

We went to this location because it was convenient at the time. We went to purchase a lawnmower, trimmer, mulch and yard bags. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and the customer service was excellent. All of our questions were answered, we received help with putting the mower and other items in the car. We were impressed with the treatment and it was unexpected. We have visited other HD's and the service wasn't as good. I live across town, but would not hesitate to return to this store or recommend it to family, friends, or others.

This is more of an employee review, Cashier Camille was SO EXTREAMLY helpful. She made a stressful day much better even if only for 5 min. That interaction changed my whole mood for the day. I used my encounter with her as an example for my employees. "You never know how just showing a smile or being helpful & understanding can really change someones day." Today isn't my first encounter with her but she is the same every time. She would make an excellent leader for sure.

I shop here a lot because it's just a great place to find what you need. Friendly crew of people to help when needed. I can come in will parts of things I need to fix and most often a person from the particular department can lot at what I brought in and provide the parts needed to complete what I brought in or provide a better fitting altrnative for my needs.

This store has a nice selection of plants, bulbs, and flowers at good prices. I found just what I was looking for. The service in the garden shop was outstanding. The employees were so helpful and friendly!

Purchased a dryer from Harry in appliances and he was very knowledgeable about the dryer. Had a delivery date set up, and had to change it and they were very helpful in getting the next delivery date for me. The sales staff and cashier was so helpful. I was amazed that they were willing to go out of their way to make sure i was satisfied.

I was happy to find my hard to find item, with the help of a very friendly associate. I told the manager about how pleasant the employee was. The manager was very appreciative for the recognition. I could tell that he cares about his employees. My cashier was equally pleasant. The store was clean and well stocked.

This store is full of great willing to assist employees in particular Luella the cashier!

By far the best Home Depot in the city. Chris the manager is always there helping and answering questions if needed. Luv my HD!

Among the items I purchased was a 2 Gal Kilz primer; I asked the paint department person to shake it up and he said he can't shake a 2 Gal bucket (really?). All he had to do is insert the bucket in the 5 Gal shaker, instead, he decided to lie. Very sad! I also purchased 2x1 Gal Marquee interior paint and spout to pour was not provided. There is a dire need to train your paint department personnel in customer service. I was lied to and shortened two paint spout! Yikes!! Please, train, train!

This store is over the top in customer service, knowledgeable personnel in ever department and very helpful. the store is always neat and clean.

I would like to see more regesters open with cashers and less with the self-check-outs

I am contracter of small remodeling co. All-Systems LLC. I do all major projects , kitchens, baths ,basements etc through 3822. One previous project (38220009786070 Fabro). Convinced my customer to go to HD for ALL materials. He got credit card and started buying. Cabinets (good) came in, KBR was 5 weeks out. He went elsewhere. Fridge and dish 2 months out, Reselected on fridge to a $700.00 higher. Helen in admin-excellent. Jackie , terrible, rude, interuptive, unaccomadale. Did not ask for anything special just needed to get his kitchen built. Remodeled basement project at same time (all HD material) . Needed garage door opener installed. Jim Angel in millworks-excellent. Install day, problem. Debris in way, no outlet in cieling but DIRECTLY to left on wall for test purpose till I had time to install outlet on cieling. NO biggie . Understood. Jackie , again rudely calls customer to charge "trip fee". Again, I interact with her and again rude , unaccomadable. Fortunetly, got everything all worked out as usual, I've done many, many jobs with HD 3822. Problems, Sometimes. Solutions,always without haggle. Not this time with Jackie involved. She will make me sway my customers away from her area and any interaction with her. Love 3822. Major part of my business existence. Very disappointed in these past transactions due to Jackie. My customer . Still happy. (no dishwasher till 3-2-21) . Thank you.
