I was looking for DIY home alarm device and the clerk led me to it. She also opened it so I could see/hear how it worked. She helped me find another product that was in a different section.

Every time I go to this store and need help, there's always someone in every area who greets me and asks if I need help. The staff are friendly and always helpful.

I was impressed with the customer service at this store.

Came in with the intention of spending a bundle on a new faucet the association helped me repair the part that i labored on for 2 hours. I'll definitely be back for my kitchen remodel.He could have easily sold me a new faucet but he did the right thing and offered to help me repair the part that i had .I normally do not fill out survey s but this was really exceptional service.

Carol & another woman, whose name I cannot recall, were extremely helpful and kind.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. No one is properly trained and the registers are not properly staffed. Horrible management that just does not care as I found out recently. I would shop any other store than this one.

The employees go out of their way to see if you need help AND most of all they know what they are talking about. Nothing is more frustrating than to ask an employee if they know where something is at or if you carry a particular item and for them to down the isle looking for it like I did. I don't need someone to look for me, I need someone to KNOW where it is! NEVER have that problem at Home Depot. Good Job!

There are a few good knowledgable associates here. I shop here for many products and solutions. I do enjoy getting some special buys or clearance products. I feel when I get great one time deals on those products I don't mind the extra $$$ on some items that are higher $ here than other stores.

I always find what I need to fix things in our house at Home Depot. Thank you for being a good provider and being so close to our home. If you look for something make sure to take pictures before you go to the store, I find it very helpful.
