I always shop at this store for home projects. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Often when stuck on a project they help me with a better plan.

Very clean, plenty of stock, and helpful friendly workers. Definitely better than the Alexis rd. store.

All hardware type stores are low in some inventory, but have noticed that this Home Depot is trying to restock as soon as possible

It would have been 5 stars, but this last visit changed my rating. For general merchandise, it is a great store. Kitchen design is a waste of time, and in the future, I’ll go elsewhere. I had the kitchen design completely done, I took in the paperwork, she said that it was wrong, and would not work. So I listened to her. I trailered the cabinet to my house in Florida, that she said were correct. My installer said that it would look wrong, if they were installed her way. She said that the cabinets that I had drawn up were not available. I called the factory, THEY ARE AVAILABLE, so I ordered the correct cabinets, will be taking the so called designers cabinets BACK TO OHIO, return them, take the correct cabinets back to Florida. I could have ordered down there, but I don’t know when I’ll be there. And with no one to pick them up, they would return them, and not hold till I can get back. This won’t be approved, because negative comments don’t get posted on HD sites.

Nice and clean. I found the special light bulbs. At the first time, I purchased the one with 600 W but when I got home to try, it almost burned in 1 second. So I went back to Home Depot to see if I could replace them to regular Watts. The staff refunded me and helped me picked me the 150 W bulbs. Very comfortable experience here.

Great store! The store was clean and well stocked in the departments we visited. Jeremy, the sale associate in plumbing is awesome. He's very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

My last two purchases for a home renovation came from the Secor Road store. I normally shop Rossford, but they did not have in stock what I needed. Staff members at both stores were very very helpful in helping me find all of the items that I needed. I would highly recommend the Home Depot franchise.

A week ago I purchased $1500 worth of carpet for one of my clients. The salesman explained that they only had one roll of carpet in stock that would meet the requirement for the home measurements and that anything else would take over a month to get in stock. I told him that I would take the roll and then proceeded to give him the measurements that I needed it cut. He said he was more than happy to get it done. I told him I would have my installer come in a few days and pick up that carpet. When my installer came in the morning to get the carpet it was not cut and ready to be taken. Then the salesmen proceeded to tell him it would be a couple hours before it would be done. Later that day I went back to the store with my installer to find out that they didn't have enough carpet to fill my order which I was told would not happen. Originally when I went the salesmen said he had one roll left I was told there would be no problem with that roll and the square footage I needed. I was very disappointed when I showed up and they didn't have enough. After asking the employee what could be done about this he proceeded to tell me "nothing" and "you have just going to have to deal with it." Then after complaining for about 30 minutes another roll of the carpet I needed just magically showed up. Even then they were nasty about cutting it to the size I needed.

Bought a tool box that was not in the store, but told I would get free shipping if I ordered it online. When I asked if that included going to the service desk and have them order it online? Answer: YES. Upon completion had a charge of $79.00 for delivery. Was then told they could not do that so I said please call me when it comes in and I'll pick it up. no problem but even tho they were going to deliver it on Thursday 4/16/20, now they were not sure when it would be in for me to pick up. So I decided to call on 4/14/20 and was told they aren't getting anymore of this item but Alexis Rd. had two of them. They could refund my money and I could go to Alexis Rd. and buy it there. It goes on and on but the Customer Service part of this store sure was lacking, well it really sucked. Anyhow after more call back and forth they are picking up the tool box for me and I will go to Secor Rd store to pick it up. Terrible Customer Service. Employee had the personality of a MUD FENCE!

As usual the work staff at this Home Depot on Secore is perfect. They always are willing to help. And when I need advice for particular projects they always have given the perfect advice that I normally would not of thought about.

I received outstanding service in the paint department.

They had plenty of stock, good power tool selection and knowledgeable staff. Worth the drive every time.
