Rose was extremely helpful, informative and pleasant.

I had to return a couple of wrong items. Nordina was so polite and helpful. I was impressed with her attitude, all good. Men in the isles were also very helpful.

Home Depot prices have become excessively expensive. Also, this place is focused on contractors and developers. I don’t need to buy items in bulk like Costco. I need quantity 1 and I have to buy 5. ACE is better suited for homeowners working on small projects.

I bought an electric Auger online. I had an an issue with the product and needed to return. The Sales cashier had all and beyond what it takes to take care of my issue and help me complete the return and the purchase needed to complete my transaction. CASHIER JOAQUIN is a perfect example of what customer service should be. He expressed a friendly, calm and knowledgeable attitude in dealing with his customer's needs. Thank you CASHIER JOAQUIN/HOME DEPOT

I’ve never had as friendly staff as this Home Depot had. The place was also clean and did not feel crowded on a weekend. Check out was quick too.

Troy, Gen, and Nick are knowledgeable in all areas of home improvement and have a vast understanding of the products they offer. Whether I needed advice on a new paint color or help finding the right tool, they were always eager to assist. The employees at Home Depot have always provided me with exceptional customer service, and I appreciate the attention to detail they put into each interaction. On our 1st visit, Marsha, in the Appliance department (Westminster Store- 88th & Wads.) was exceedingly helpful and friendly. She walked us through the various brands and spent time with us describing and looking up the various parts and pros to each machine. We thought about it a few days and came back to purchase what we wanted. Marsha was off, so we had Kate help us, who was just as helpful and friendly as Marsha was. Spending a lot, we wanted to be very positive. Marsha & Kate = great!

Delivery driver was rude, showed up at 8am Saturday morning with no forewarning ( we were told we would get a call in advance ) parked his semi in the middle of the road and started yelling at us to move cars even though he left little room for us to do that and refused to move his truck. He left a pallet that was not a part of our order when I put it back on his truck and explained we don’t have a dumpster or means to dispose of it he stormed over and threw it in the street and left it there. His answer to everything was call Home Depot, it’s not me, it’s not my job. The delivery was incomplete so now I have a giant bundle on my drive that I can’t do anything with because the material they shorted my comes into play early on so now I have to rearrange my schedule because Home Depot did not live up to their commitment

PLEASE be sure that this pallet of incorrect product is picked up - it's been setting out there since July 21st.

Employee Christian was extremely helpful at this location. I usually get great help here and they seem to keep the things I need in stock.

People like Kirk, who go out of their way to help you, not only find what you're looking for, but to advise and explain products, are a rare find. Good job, Kirk!

Horrible customer service. Addison in plumbing wouldn't help, just shrugged her shoulders.

Empty product boxes on the shelves and either unfriendly cashiers or none at all

Bought a dishwasher over the phone and she was on top of all answers for my questions - extremely pleasant buying experience!

Store is a mess. Either too much stock to put away or they can’t figure out what to do with it, but it is all over. Cramped aisles. Dirty. Old stock and pricing on shelves. No one around to answer questions or help get items off shelves. Then they walk right by when asked to get someone. Unhelpful store personnel. Won’t shop here again.

I'm not handy, I only take on small projects myself and I usually don't know where to start. The staff can always find someone who knows where to start and I trust their recommendations

A great store to get what you need to do a project from start to finish. Employees are knowledgeable enough to guide you to the right product and have an interest in your project.

I like this store, if I need something, I can always find it here, and if the product does not fit, you can return it without any problems.

It's not fun having nobody come help you after asking multiple times for assistance getting a double closet door of a shelf and then getting blown off by somebody helping you load the doors into your vehicle. I guess this is just a self serve Home Depot where you get to load large items by yourself
