This store has the best customer service! Wish I had names, but always the same people. I feel at ease going in knowing you are still there. Thank you all for being there and helping to keep the economy going!

I purchased a ryobi backpack sprayer on 05/11/20 after getting it home I opened the box so I could charge the battery only to find out some before me had swapped the battery out with a bad old used battery and I'm assuming taped the box shut and returned it i drove 30 miles out of my way to this specific store to purchase this item. I've sat on hold for over 30 mins trying to contact the store to see what they can do to resolve the issue and was disconnected.

Cluttered isle stock on floor no one to help or answer questions just a bad over all experience

placed order online 4-26-20 (charged immediately to my card) to be express delivered on 5-2-20, did not deliver or notify me that would not deliver, no respect for my time. checked online 5-3-20 and notice they just refunded my delivery fee, not requested by me. The reason I paid for Express delivery is because I did not want to pick the lumber order up. HD arbitrarily put in another date for delivery of 5-8-20 SUPPOSEDLY. This is why will not use HD for our GC business

Billie the cashier refused to give veterans discounts after spending thousands here this year. I will be going to Lowe’s where veterans are honored daily without restrictions.

The reason I gave this store a 3 star is the interaction with Vikki in hardware and the poor service and rudeness I received. I shop at the Westminster store a lot because its close to my home and normally have a great experience. So it was disappointing to get the service I was getting on 03.24.20 early afternoon! hopefully my next visit will be better or Ill start shopping somewhere else. Simple as that!

Ashley and Max at the checkout were very helpful and very happy and very nice!!! So refreshing in spite of the scare going on right now. I really appreciate them!

This store works really hard to help all of their customer Andrew is so helpful every time it show on how much he cares about your needs as a customer of the store and how he loves his job. Swannett at customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable you can see how much that she loves life and her job. Billy at the pro cashier is so amazing at her job it is a joy to see her in the morning she knows her customer names and always so happy I really enjoying her as a person

Over half of my online order (Express delivery from store) was cancelled without my knowledge due to lack of inventory. This normally wouldn’t bug me, but no one contacted me via phone or email. I simply received an e receipt of the refund, and had to contact online customer support to figure out what had happened. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating.

Store is cluttered, and aisle are hard to move through because there is merchandise blocking the way.

Friendly staff, store is neat and organized. 9 times out of 10 you will get help with questions.

Never called the buyer when delivery time was set up for the install.

Go to any other home depot and the customer service is 100% better than at this store. I have been there multiple times and store employees don't know the policies or information so they usually just make it up instead of actually trying to find the correct info. They are argumentative and unhelpful. Plus the store is hard to move around in because the aisles are too crowded with displays.

I have used this home depot store for about 7 years now and have always had good experiences. They always seem to have what I'm looking for and on the rare occasion thatvthey do not , they will have it with in a few days . Or find a store that has it for me .

We got the wrong color of paint/stain for our deck and they took it back and helped us get the exact color we needed! Thank you!

This review has nothing to do with appearance of store & everything to do with customer service. My brother who is a Vietnam vet(who even though retired works hard everyday) Was at the checkout ready to make a purchase. He asked the lady was tall & had long hair if she was going to put in his Military discount like he always does. She told him we don't do those anymore. He replied since when? She said for @ least the last six years except no one inforces it. He replied so you aren't going to give it to me. She replied no. He walked out & said keep it then. He won't be shopping there again. Everyone needs to know not only is she insulting my brother but all Americans because this is one small thank you we give our veterans for all they do & she spit on them. She represents all civilians & he all vets. Shame on you homedepot for letting this happen. Discusted in Lakewood,Co.

Outstanding Customer Service always..

Horrible customer service twice did a will call and both times they did not have together order that was put in day before had to get my items myself.

It would be handy if this store had equipment rental

Five stars for the paint department, it's outstanding for knowledge tips and selling the right products for the job. But three stars for the other departments, it's an average, I've had both 5 star and 1 star experiences there. I often find it hard to find products, like sprinkler system parts are in plumbing instead of gardening, someone is usually good at steering me to the right place. I've had a couple of experiences where workers have recommended inappropriate products, either because they weren't knowledgeable or they weren't good listeners. It works for me about 75 percent of the time. 100 percent in the paint store on three major projects.

After shopping for months seeking new kitchen appliances, I settled on Home Depot store #1517 for me purchases. The staff there is always friendly and helpful. I enjoy browsing this store often and seeing new products and ideas. The assistance I received while shopping for my kitchen appliances (3) and accessories made the whole experience remarkable. Kathy Dolan helped me on two shopping ventures that helped me to purchase my appliances at this Home Depot due to her friendly help and expertise. The store is inviting and the personnel are kind and knowledgeable. I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my new kitchen appliances! Great store, great people!
