Conner Geiser asst. Mgr & Lorena in paint Dept. Did a great job helping me quickly find shoe coverings for my open house, Connor led me right to where the product was located. He was also dressed up as Woody from Toy story because it was Halloween, I like the spirit he had!

The salesman we dealt with in the kitchen appliance section of the store was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about both microwaves and dishwashers, and he helped us through the decision-making process very ably. He was also friendly and courteous.

Return staff laughed when stating my compliant to the manager. Both were very rude, I will never shop at this store again. I was so disappointed that I returned my order of over $5,000.

Products NOT easy to find and employees not very helpful in locating needed item. Had to ask 3 people before finding what I needed.

Great employees that were helpful.

Employee motivation here as in all home improvement stores is severely lacking.

The pro desk employees, especially Gen and her coworker (I forget his name and apologize!!!) are exceptional. They make the store worth going to as a pro and dealing with stock issues or other employees unwilling to go above and beyond.

This store ended up overcharging me by 25% than other home improvement stores. I even told the employee about this but she didn't want to correct it, she rather have me return the item. I recommend staying away from this store as the employees lack knowledge with their computer system along with lack of customer service.

Things are always not stocked and there's never anyone that can help.

First I called the store looking for an electric jacket. They hooked me up to the correct guy the first go around, and he was extremely helpful and went and had the product in his hand while speaking to me on the phone. When I arrived in the store I was directed to him and was able to do my business promptly and I am very satisfied. This gentleman's name was Seth in hardware. I will definitely shop at this Home Depot before I go to another.

Rob G was super helpful when my boyfriend and I went into the store looking for a washer and dryer . He answered our questions and made sure that we got everything that we needed with the new washer and dryer . We were not pressured into buying anything and being a new home owner can be scary but Rob G helped us get exactly what we wanted . Thank you ! Much appreciated and stay safe !

Hello, Tara assisted me with an order. To give a back story, I placed an online order to be delivered to Stapleton, 2 pieces of the order were incorrect. I called Stapleton and was greeted rudely, told to call online and have the items redelivered. I found the items I needed at Westminster. Was warmly greeted by Tara who went above and beyond for me. Tara placed my cabinets on will call for pick up and honored the online 10% off. Tara went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

I know my name will be pulled from the $5000 you won't give the money to a disgruntled customer. I know my opinion means nothing.

I needed help in Lumbar to have some plywood cut and John came to help me along with a trainee Marshal who was on his first day working at Home Depot. John asked if he could train while he helped me and I said yes definitely. It was actually really interesting so I had some fun learning too! John helped explain the different options of plywood based on what I wanted to do. Then cut the pieces based on my specifications making sure to consider the grain direction etc. and it turned out perfectly! In addition, they were both extremely considerate of my needs each step of the way. I always have a great experience at this store so this is just 1 example. I have remodeled about half of my home with their help and know I can always count on them.

Took an hour to get a can of paint today, there is only one person working in the paint department even though I was a busy holiday weekend.

Customer service has been very poor at this store lately. Don't bother trying to ask an employee for help. You have a 75 percent chance of them telling you it isn't their dept or they are too busy to help you. Oh, and if you go to check out be sure to allow 15 minutes to wait in line. Make sure you remind them at least twice to get your military discount in your order or you will have to go back in the store to customer service who will then give you a hard time with applying it. Oh, and don't try to special order items because customer service will only pay half attention to what you are ordering while they also answer three or four calls at the same time.

Tiles are packed full of merchandise and carts with online orders. You cannot move through the aisles and you cannot find a lumber or heavy materials cart.

Ordered $370 tiller online to pick up in Westminster, CO store. We drove 40 min to pick it up waited at the counter 10 min before I could hunt someone down to acknowledge us. pulled up our order and said they had sold out..yet we had a confirmation #. lady at the counter went to Yvonne in gardening and she was rude about it (we were kind! We recognize it’s not their fault!) and tried to walk away at the end and I literally had to run to catch back up to her to ask for a refund at the very least

Cindy, the women in blinds saved my life by finding and fixing my blinds that were accidental mixed up ... Even though the cutter was broken, she managed to cut them perfectly. This was the last pair in the area!

Great location, excellent staff! Wonderfully positioned gardening-section. I have the Home Depot store credit card, and have shopped at many a location, but this one takes top-prize. Go for it!
