I recently went to Home Depot looking for a kitchen ceiling light fixture. As l entered the store l was greeted by a very friendly woman who told me exactly where lightening was located. As l went down the aisle immediately found an employee & he said he would get someone to help me. As l looked at the items maybe just a couple minutes l turned & there was the employee. He was very informative & friendly. I was in & out of Home Depot In a flash!

Was very happy with the knowledge of the associates who help me select a new stovetop/oven and microwave as well as a clothes dryer. I saw the results of good employee training in the greetings and offers of help from the employees .
