Had the rechargeable flashlight I was looking for

Trevie made my day. Good people = good experience.

We wanted the pergola displayed in the store. The floor model was the only one available in the area. The manager Eric, confirmed this by checking inventory at many other stores. To make the sale, he arranged to have the display disassembled for us. Many employees helped us to check quantity, gather products to cushion and secure the load and to transfer the pergola to our trailer! The staff was amazing!

Flooring looks great, appliances coming tomorrow

10/10! This fan is such an improvement from the old series! Must have for anyone with possible power outages in humid environments!

As per the norm at this location, I milled through the store while attempting to appear as desperate for help as a puppy flailing about in a pit of quick sand. To no avail. The young woman in the checkout corral was indeed quite affable and helpful. I’ve been in sales for my entire adult life, and I’ve just recently turned 60. It is very disheartening when most every employee that a customer interacts with is oozing attitude and a perceptible distain. That’s only if you blessed with the opportunity encounter one. I’ve heard tell that they do exist, though are usually only visible during the mating season. The employees need to firmly grasp the reality that the ONLY reason that they are there, is because of the other people in the store that go by the name “Customer “. If the customers are continually ignored by the employees, in lieu of fellow employees or their surgically implanted cell phones, a migration to the competitor sporting an abundance of blue, and Is little more than 1 mile or less down the road. Begins to looks mighty friendly. This has been the case for the past decade or so. I am now done with my rant, and now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

bought Warner paint sprayer spoke to a worker their who had knowledge about product got it home nothing worked called Wagner spoke to tech who could not get it to work took back to home depo which exchanged product got it home it does not work either !!!!!!!!!!!!! Waste of money and time still had to pay contractors!!! Won’t be buying any more !!!!

I come the Home Depot ONLY, to buys power tools. They to always have a coupon or sale coming up. The only thing I didn't like this year is all of the employees that have been replaced by self-service check-outs ----don't you know humans (especially now) will always need human contact bring back the checkers

I've now been helped by Chris, Christian, and Joey; and every one of them went out of their way to help me out. The thing I appreciate the most is is that my company, Blue Dino, is not a huge operation, we don't spend as much as some others at HD, but every single Pro Desk interaction I've had, they still treat me as if I were one of the bigger fish. This kind of service is truly appreciated. Those guys rock. I hope the higher-ups see this and realize that it is simply not like this at all HD locations. Wilkins' guys are above and beyond.

I needed to get replacement parts for my garage door window inserts. A gentleman in the garage door dept. was there and helped me identify the parts needed and made all arrangements to have them sent to the store. Salesman was very good on the computer and it only 15 minutes to get ordered what I needed! Great job on his behalf! THANKS!

Always excellent choices to fill my landscape. Cashiers very helpful. Indoor people helpful also.

We were treated with respect and friendliness. That's very important to any customer. When you are spending money, and the staff treats you like they don't care, you don't go back.

Found everything with the help of two employees. One I asked for help and the other one asked me. The motorized chair lasted my visit.

We had been shopping for a new range and microwave and had visited two other appliance stores, but found Larry at Home Depot to be the most helpful and knowledgeable about both types of appliances. He gave us good advice to help with our selection and set up delivery. Everything arrived today and even the two guys delivering were pleasant and efficient and even called to see if it was OK to come early.

Sad when asked for the salesperson to call when arriving for the day. Along with waiting to hear back from a supervisor and have not heard from anyone. Too much time has been wasted apparently no one really wants to provide any assistance for the job needing completed

Brought a product i thought was out of Stock, i look around ares where it was to be and it wasn’t an Employee helped me look in different areas not there. She got a Mgr to check and it said 33 in stock … found in totally different areas and it was no top shelf Unreachable by Reaching. She called fir s forklift to get it down and apologized for it not being wherd it was to be and for the Inconvenience. Bottom line Very Helpful and i got my items.
