The store is always clean, associates are usually available to ask questions or direct you to the right aisle. In addition I had very rarely not find what I was looking for. I also shop a lot at the Meadville Home Depot Store and the comments above, are the same experiences I have at the Wilkins store.

Visiting this store is like visiting your home town store, as if everyone knows you and you know them. The associates share their project photos and experiences and ask you about yours. The only thing missing is the coffee but I guess if you go to the front of the store you can find that to! Great place that the peoples hearts are into what they do and that makes all the difference. While looking at the different types of electrical boxes, an associate came up to me and asked if I needed help. He was then very helpful making sure I got all the correct supplies I needed to install my new ceiling fan. It was very nice to not have to search for an associate!

We are so fortunate to have this store in our neighborhood. I love shopping there. I can always find items that help my house look so much better. Great prices on cleaning products. Nice accessories for every room in the house.

As both a senior and a widow, I need to ask many questions and find store associates available no matter what aisle I am shopping in. This makes shopping a pleasant experience.

My husband and I truely enjoy shopping at your store and the store is mostly clean the for the most part and not clutter often. Our experience the sales associate has been great and very pleasant. Thanks again for having caring people it make our day.

Its always easy to go to home depot. I like store.

We looked on internet sites before going to the store. We printed out what we wanted. When we got to the store, they did have the gas range on the sales floor that we found on their internet page. However, we saw another gas range that we liked better. The sales associated answered our questions, showed us another model with different features and helped us make our choice.

store is a good store to shope in I like going there

Although store itself is your typical Home Depot (we moved here from Ohio 2 years ago and it's just like the HD near our home in Ohio), it's organization, product selection, etc. is the same and I could interchange it with that store. Certainly I understand individuals who work with their hands shop in the store, and as a metalsmith, I am often covered in copper dust and dirt so I am not easily surprised by a dirty sink. But........I have never, ever seen such a filthy bathroom as that one the last time I visited it. I was shocked. As a woman this is unacceptable. The sink was so filth encrusted it appeared to have not been cleaned for months. It was gray, that kind of dirt that accumulates over time, not just from one dirty hand washing. Get it together! You do have competition!

Every time we visit, everybody knows their department or( field of expertise) well. They help us avoid a lot of beginner mistakes. That saves us time and money.

The employees were friendly, great pricing for the products and a wide variety.

Customer Service indicated product was in inventory and where the product was. Another store associate got me a cart to pick up item (was heavy) and long distance to walk in store to cashier with a heavy item.

I asked 1 Question & was directed to the location found the product I was looking for & within minutes paid & was out the door

Lumber associates helped me select and cut to size the wood I needed for my DIY project. (Lowes failed at this)

The store was clean and well organized and I found the staff helpful if needed

The store was very clean, well lighted, well stocked, the associates are there and will help in-fact they had better ideas how to fix my lamp and fix a water leak than I had. The only problem I saw is the men's rest room has, or had a water leak.

Cashier was helptul as I scanned my large lumber order through the self checkout.

there was paint associate he just didn't think it was his job to help me .there were no other customers I wonder why

I have been shopping at this location since the store open 20 years ago, the people that work there are great and very friendly. I own rental properties and the stock and verity they carry and the value are very good. Between Lowes and Home Depot I prefer THE DEPOT

All items were in stock and price right. the store was clean, The people at the checkout were friendly and quick.

I knew where to find everything, but needed paint also. Sam, the woman in the paint shop was very busy when I approached the counter, mixing three five gallon buckets for another customer, plus waiting on other customers. However, she squeezed me in, despite her workload and was very, very friendly. She was an exceptional associate and she completed my request promptly and efficiently.

Stopped to get a couple propane tanks. I had just been to a K-mart nearby and was told the price for propane refills there was less than $16.00 per bottle. At Home Depot it was just under $20.00. While my preference is to get such supplies at HD, price differences like that would stop me from that practice.

Very Clean and friendly store. I was very pleased with this store and I will recommend to anyone.
