My customers are so please with material we use

Today I visited the FM 1960 WEST Home Depot location. Out of all my years of purchasing soil and mulch at Home Depot (and we are talking 15+ years!) no employee has ever helped me push my loaded cart of soil to the cashier (he probably would have loaded my cart is he wasn't already engaged with helping another customer in the same aisle) and then he asked another employee to stay with me to load it all onto my truck. Which that young employee did so! KUDOS to the Garden Center employees at this location. I will be planning to return to your location of all my mulch!

Customer service sucks.

I have to give this store PRO Service desk and their contractors a big ZERO star rating for what they just put me thru their service of scheduling my storm door measurement . 1/ My Order ID # H638 153574 & payment on Thursday 09/30/21 for a contractor to schedule a meeting at my home to measure my storm door so I can buy the correct storm door and have them installed it. 2/ Friday afternoon 10/01/21 at about 3:12 PM I missed a cel MESSAGE on HD PRO onlinewebsite that the contracor ( Martin Duran ) trying to contact me. 3/ I returned the online message to Contractor at about 3:42 PM to Martin Duran asking hime if he contacted me for the door measurement meeting ? 4/ Martin Duran answered "YES" . 5/ Then I continued my message with "I am ready to talk" 2 more times but kept meeting with SILENCE from Martin Duran. !!!! That's is that's the last time I heard from PRO Service contractor. 6/ I contacted HD PRO Service at the HD store , James Cason , on the next Monday AM 10/04/21 to report the situation. A few hours later James answered back to me that his contractor tried to call me TWICE last Friday !!!! but James would have somebody called me later..... 7/ The next day Tuuesday, another man from HD Pro called me and told me a contractor will call me ?????? to date NONE ever called me. 8/ I received a missing phone call from James Mason on my phone at about 10 AM !!!! I tried to call back several times but could never reached James Cason after bouncing back and forth beween phone stations !!!! HD staffs all disappreared from me from now on...I guess ???? Associate in paint department were very helpful and friendly. She help me find every item I needed! ( I had a very long list for my DIY projects) The cashier was very nice & shared info that help me save $50 on my purchase. The store was very neat & clean, including the restroom(I was there a long time), I literally went from one end of the store to the other! only department I didn't go to was lawn & garden! ( I can't grow anything)

This store is my store of chose one reason is the service I get with my pro desk consultant Deborah she’s a hard worker and pays attention to detail and always follow through making sure that we get the best price. In this day and time with everyone going with computer and emailing it’s good to have a personal relationship with someone where you can pick up the phone and ask a question. she does her best to always get answer. Mae Pratt is truly and asset to the Home Depot family. Amazing person who really cares about the customers. The store was clean and in order we were able to locate the item needed with the associate assistance. Ms. Pratt found someone to assist us and followed through to see if we needed additional help. Amazing experience at this location.

The only reason giving 5 stars after my experience is thanks to Jody and Jose in flooring. After dealing with another employee Maria, whom had no idea what she was doing and shouldn’t be allowed to help customers with major purchases. I thought she was new at first until Maria informed me she’d been in the department for over a year. Thankfully Jody and Jose were knowledgeable, explained everything to me and were very patient with Maria as they walked her through how to set up my measure. I’ll definitely ask for them when I have to return.

Excellent service to purchase my appliance.

Great customer service from young ladies in appliances and flooring. They knew their products and were extremely helpful in what products would be best for me. Only issue was guy named Ricky he was extremely rude and seemed to not want the ladies in appliances to help me, he’d rather them do other things while he helped me even though I didn’t need his help and was fine with the help I was receiving. I thought perhaps was commission based but soon learned that’s not the case. Supervisor shouldn’t act that way in front of customers. Otherwise Store is clean and most employees were nice and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

GREAT STORE WORTH THE EXTRA GAS DONT GO TO THE TORREY CHASE LOCATION THEY IS VERY LAZY AT TORREY CHASE ITS WORTH THE GAS GOING TO 6838 HOUSTON

Less than 1 star. Have had a very bad experience and will NEVER shop or count on them for any remodeling projects

Watch the boxes. Ours looked a little questionable but the alternative was an open box that had been pawed through. Got home and our taped box had been previously opened and some parts removed, then professionally taped back.

The store is only crowded at peak times on the weekends, and is genuinely easily to navigate and get help from.

I had a difficult issue and knew it would be a pain to find all the parts I required to repair my home. The staff helped me every step of the way to identify all the components to fix the job. It made what I needed to do easier as I got everything in one trip. That to me is a huge thing.

The staff in this store is friendly and helpful. Always professional and there to assist you with your questions. The store is neat and organized. It is well stocked and the location of items is correct according to the site when looking for your items making it easier to get in and out.

Ricky is an amazing employee as is Jody in flooring.

I have shopped in many Home Depots over the years, and seldom see improvement with a change of management. But this store has a fresh air with new store management team in place. An it is truly a nice change to see. The store has cleaned up greatly and while still having in stock issues, thank you covid !! It is stocked up the best it can be along with every other company out there these days! I want to give a shout out to Miss Debra at the ProDesk, this lady knows her stuff and does a great job at handling multi contractors at the same time !!! Being a contractor I need to get in and out quickly sometimes, time is money after all, and Miss Debra handles impatient contractors greatly!!! Keep up the great work in improving the store !!!

we had a good experience my wife and I had a breakdown in the refrigerator we decided to visit the home depot located in Eldrige / 1960 (WILLOBROOK) the person who helped us his name Estrella really took the time to explain every detail of the refrigerators and brands and what it was It suited us until we found what we were really looking for. I recommend that if you visit this particular store and need any appliance, look for Estrella, I assure you that she will help you with whatever you need.
