Speaking as someone who is well beyond retirement age, my purchasing experience at the Winchester Va Home Depot yesterday thru today was the best I have ever received from any chain store in your category, and I’ve shopped at most of them. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I bought a large and heavy exterior door, and the young man who loaded it spent a whole lot of time positioning it in my SUV in a way that didnt impair my driving position while fitting it entirely within the vehicle!

Went to pick up dog kennel and customer service just wheeled out 2 heavy boxes titled “Heavy Object - Team Lift Required “ No one offered to help us load the 2 extremely heavy boxes. Customer service said they called for help but no one came. My husband wheeled the cart outside while I went to look for any employee who might help. While I was searching the store for anyone to assist with lifting the boxes, my husband tried to lift one of the boxes and was injured. He is now being treated for a hernia. Finally I found someone named Corbin who said the manager wasn’t answering his phone. After that, I found 2 employees who followed me outside and helped us lift the second box. After getting home to build the kennel - we found that the parts to the roof were missing. The company, Veikous Dog Kennels has still not supplied us with the missing parts so now we have a dog kennel with no roof and a hernia due to the negligence of the Home Drpot.

I bought this recently at Home Depot Winchester and love my new Samsung gas stove and dishwasher!

I’ve looked everywhere for a cushion for a chaise lounge and no one had a single one. Went to Home Depot and hit the Motherlode - not only did they have a great selection, they were on sale! I picked up some other items as well and asked a few different employees questions and every one either walked me to what I wanted or gave me the info I needed. This is my go to store from now on!

I bought Lights for my house, paint, wood floor and cement and I remodeled my kitchen

Came to buy plywood that I need cut to certain specifications - Chris K. helped me by accommodating all the cuts I needed - he was professional, pleasant, and took great care to get everything right - thanks again Chris K.

I think all the employees at the Winchester Home Depot are great. Dealing in retail with the current day public. They deserve more.

Jill and Bob are amazing and made our day and project a lot easier! They went above and beyond helping us! So very kind and knowledgeable and took their time and made us feel like we mattered!! I will travel the extra miles to shop at this Home Depot ! 10 out of 10 snd beyond 😊👍

Love Home Depot. I hate the number of times I am asked to complete one, and then the number of times I get 'reminded' when I choose not to. It is borderline harassment. If asked again, the surveys and the requested reviews will be overwhelmingly negative. Feel free to call me to discuss. You obviously have my number and email.📧

Employee was very knowledgeable about the paint I wanted and all the supplies I would need. He knew where everything was and helped me get them. He made my shopping experience STRESS FREE!!! Would go back if I ever needed anything in the future.

My experience just went from unsatisfactory to very satisfied with the level of customer service that I received at the customer service desk this morning. Dillion, while multitasking by himself with phones and other walkind was able ro remain tentive to everyone. All of this while collaborating with receiving and the office to check and verify the product that he found that i needed to order solve my previus incomplete order.

Love what I bought fit nicely in my house

A young employee with a friendly and positive attitude went above and beyond to provide me with assistance in locating the items that I needed, loading the heavy boxes in my cart, and unloading them into my vehicle. As a senior woman with limited lifting capability, his help made this purchase possible. I will return to Home Depot!

Manager Jim is such an asset to the store and to the customers that he engages. He has assisted me on numerous occasions and is always kind and so very helpful. I always find what I need and certainly have help with alternatives.

They know their stuff! They're also really kind and helpful. I appreciate the good manners of the associates! -Makes shopping there a pleasure.

I returned a used unusable 40volt battery for recycling and purchase a new one. The service desk took the old battery and then I located the new ones which were in a caged cabinet with a QR code to request service and within a matter of minutes an associate showed up unlocked the cage and away to the self check out station and out of the store in a matter of minutes.

You people want too much personal info just to post a review. I was looking for some veggie plants but you need varieties of plants

I decided to plant a pocket garden around inside and outside my fence. I had hoped to purchase a mixture of veggies at a good price since the season was ending. Did not find everything I needed. Employees and managers lost their friendliness. They only seem to care about how much freight can come out of the backroom and the overhead!

I love shopping at home. It always has what I need.

We buy several things at Home Depot. Things are easy to find and usually can get help fairly easy. Prices are pretty fair too.

Sales go up when associates and managers greet customers. Something is wrong in this store as employees seemed to either actually avoid me, or were engaged in heated conversations with each other. You guys need to review the rules of marketing 101 and perhaps management could offer a prize to the department with the most improved monthly sales. There must be a better way than avoiding customers altogether.

I’m sorry I did not retain their names but my cashier and two helpers were not only helpful but respectful, pleasant and cordial. I’ll be back to this location although I have a competitors store much closer to my house.

Customer service is first in class the associates are very professional ,polite and very knowledgeable

We will no longer have any projects ordered from your store. The communication was/is nonexistent. The multiple unexplained delays and incomplete work have stretched over a month’s time which is a incredible inconvenience as the project is the kitchen renovation. We have no sink, the microwave was left on the floor although the cupboards on each side of it’s site have been installed. Two cupboard doors are nonexistent and multiple cupboard doors rub against their adjacent doors. We will go elsewhere for our remaining projects.

I visited this store two days in a row and never did find anyone to help. I visited this particular store because I was in the area so it was more convenient to stop in this one. I needed 14-8 ft lengths of quarter round. I found the quarter round I needed, but there was no way I could hand 16ft lengths on my own. One employee was busy cutting wood, so I knew he could not help at that time. I stood around waiting my turn, other associates walked by, but none acknowledged me and I was unable to get their attention. I went again the next day with my daughter and again, there was no one around to assist, and we didn't notice anyone assisting anyone else, either. On this visit however, the mobile cutting station was in the aisle, and we realized we could cut the lengths ourselves, so we did, but it's definitely a 2 person job. Next, we had to pick up 2 boxes of flooring. We knew what we needed, but the original purchase was not made at this store, so the layout was different. There was not a soul in the flooring department to direct us. We finally located the vinyl planking and found what we needed ourselves. Yes, we were quite capable of taking care of ourselves, but it would have sped up our experience, had there been some to assist and direct.
