This is an excellent store to shop for your home improvement needs. I usually go in with a list of items and no idea where to look. The employees are always very helpful with steering me down the correct aisle, and even help me pick out the parts and tell me the pros and cons of choosing one over the other. I like that kind of help from folks who are knowledgeable with the product lines and trades. Once I walked in with a list of material needed for a project that someone else was doing for me. Standing there with a puzzled look on my face, a clerk asked if I needed help. I explained and he took the list and walked around with me to pick out all the items on my list. Amazing helpfulness. I've never felt like they were "too busy" to answer a question or help me find a product. The store is clean, well stocked, and each item is in the proper location. You won't find a bin full of mix and match parts that you have to figure out what goes together and what was just tossed in the bin.

I always use the pro desk. They are always extremely helpful and friendly. The pro-desk team in Winchester, Pauline, Jeff, and Doug, are the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is my favorite home improvement store. All the associates are wonderful and the pro desk is the bomb! Even people who are stocking shelves go out of their way to say hi. Very knowledgeable staff, great store, I can't say enough.

I've shopped Home Depots from Florida to Ontario, Canada and this store by far is the best I have ever been in. Knowledgeable associates who approach you to see if you need help and don't make you seek them out. Fabulous store

I absolutely love this store. The employees are great. Please keep it up. I am always able to find help here, easily and quickly. Store is always neat and stocked very well. Even the men's room was clean, which I can not say for other improvement stores in my area. I am looking forward to my next shopping trip!

This Home Depot always has exactly what I need. Their helpful associates are always knowledgeable to help me with my do-it-yourself projects. What a great place to shop!

A huge space with a lot of stuff to buy, but no one around to help find it.

If I could give zero stars, unfortunately I would! Very disappointed in the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the young cashier and more so, his store manager Todd. Will not be returning to this Winchester, Va store.
