Shopping at the Winder Home Depot is always a pleasure. Store is clean, if I can't find an item, someone is always available to help.

Needed an item and the only one left was a display, they dismantled the item so I could purchase it. Then after checkout, helped me load it into my car. Very impressed.

We just left and Ashley at the customer service desk was so helpful. We had ask a fellow female worker of hers and she had no interest in helping us. We then moved to Ashley and she did whatever she could to help us with out difficult purchase. Having two young ones she made our trip much easier.

I drove out of my way for the product because they had it in stock and ended up much easier to pick up then deliver. Was very surprised with the customer service with all at this store location

This Home Depot store had a large selection of refrigerators on the floor to see the size and layout in person. We were able to compare how things would fit in each space. This helped us in making our decision on which one best fit our needs. Morgan assisted us and was very knowledgeable of the products, warranty and delivery services. She was available to answer questions, but gave us freedom to look. She was patient and checked several models for availability and delivery dates. We felt informed and confident in our purchase.

When we had trouble with the lawnmower we just bought, this store's team really went above and beyond. Reem helped us throughout the process, from getting the purchase setup to helping us get a replacement belt quickly to sending out a tech to our home. Michael approved a refund for the belt and discounted our purchase when he found out the problem. Justin came to our home, discovered the issue quickly, went and found a replacement, and then came back with it and swapped out the mowers. These three made what started out as a bad experience into something great and took care of us way more than they had to. Great team and great service. 10/10

I would recommend shopping the Bethlehem Store. The associates are the best, helpful considerate and make sure your satisfied before leaving you to check out , they even ask if you need assistance to load your purchase. I also like that the store was neat and orderly. Wide bright isles so you can find products you are looking for. Thanks Home Depot you really know how to do customer service!

Mary in the paint department is extremely nice and helpful. She was the only one working in the paint department with quite a few orders ahead of me, but she made sure to address me and make sure that my paint order was correct. She provided excellent customer service.

I shop at Home Depot because of the selection and the prices. It is difficult to find an employee who will help. I have had numerous problems getting help with loading in the garden area. There appears to be no coordination between the cashiers in the garden area and the loading area. Why not have "runners" standing by the cashier during busy garden season?

Home Depot came out and measured for two storm doors on my new home. Appointment was made with Lisa Stansberry and I was shown the doors available in the store plus all the prices and insultation costs were explained to me. Happily waiting for the installation of my new doors. Thank you. Everything was to my satisfaction and I am delighted.

Well laid out and clean store. Very friendly and helpful employees, Garden Center Gail, Cashier Tanya, Greeter Skip Bacon. Good True Temper wheelbarrow. Greeter, Mr Skip Bacon and another associate too apart the wheelbarrow, helped load into car. Most grateful to these three most kind people.

Awesome store to shop in, the staff and products are always easy to find.

Associates a generally helpful and work with customers to keep them satisfied. However complaints to assistant managers or department managers go nowhere. They have been rude and dismissed my issues with extremely defensive behavior.

Alex and Adele in flooring were both knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The time each one spent with me was greatly appreciated. This was all regarding online order for installation of flooring replacement.

Do not try to exchange propane tanks at this store. I made this mistake twice, and I need to grow a brain and stop going there. The self-serve kiosk malfunctions, the employees go "well, there's only one key, and I can't find it." You're standing out there in the pouring rain or freezing wind while they think it's so funny that there's only one key and that they can't find it. Great management, NOT. This has happened to me twice already. I'm going back to getting my propane at the blue other brand.

This store is generally organized and clean and there are ample associates to assist homeowners with finding the products they are looking for. I recommend shopping at this Home Depot.
