Electrical selection sometimes gets a little lean but for the most part has what l need. Now ordering items is not so straightforward and no one can tell me why it say ready for pick up but apparently thats incorrect

I've been in a number of Home Depot stores and this one has the best overall personality of any I have seen!

Was in the lumber department and needed to have a board cut in half. Couldn’t find any employees in the area. Had to take it home and cut it myself. Home Depot needs more employees!

They seem to be out of items when I need them. It can be hard to find someone to help, but they are friendly and helpful when they're available.

I had been in contact with Norma and Isavel over the past several months regarding a large special order of deck boards. Isavel followed up regularly and when I was ready to order the materials this past Monday, Norma ensured that the order was placed correctly and that the delivery schedule could be met. Top notch assistance!!

Always good shopping here. Large number of staff and they approach you and ask if they can help. We'll laid out.

I had not been to The Home Depot for a couple of months. When I visited the Windsor, CA location in September of 2025 to get some paint, I was repeatedly greeted by pleasant employees throughout the store who offered help if I needed it. Sadly, too many times in the past I would have to chase down employees for help. Not this time! When I exited through the garden department after paying for my purchases, I stopped a garden employee and asked her if by any chance management had recently changed. She confirmed that was true and the manager's name is Melissa and she said she is striving to have her employees give top-notch customer service to The Home Depot customers. Kudos to Melissa and her GREAT TEAM for bringing back a level of customer service I have personally missed in many retail establishments as well as other sectors for many years now. I look forward to my future visits at the Windsor Home Depot!

I’m near the area all in all pretty much everybody at the store is a great job the store managers, exceptional my years and upper management. I could’ve only dreamed to have managers like that. She’s very helpful. Very proactive. I’ve seen times where the pro section was so busy and she was greeting people and she walked over opened up of cash register And started checking people out. I will keep using The Store as my main Store everyone there is great and the managers a fair person and helps out anytime she can and I respect that.

I've been to a few different Home Depot stores and this one has the nicest atmosphere and friendliest staff. Could use more staff though...

I have purchased items at this Home Depot several times and the employees have always been courteous and very helpful. You can't beat that!

Very very disorganized staff with poor customer service- zero ability to have any critical thinking or problem solving skills- no communication with 3rd party delivery service who also may be completely incompetent- wasted an entire day as parr of the order was sent to the wrong address on the wrong day and home depot staff said there was nothing they could do, ironically the previous order was a similar situation whereas the order was not delivered on the day it was supposed to of been.

Limited staff at 5:30-6:00-ish. Staff working then were supremely unhelpful. Not rude, just no offer to help us or anyone else we saw. And self-checkout still sucks; multiple failed attempts to get my Visa card to read as a credit card and no one around to assist. Other stores are doing away with self-checkout; hope these guys get to that point, too.

I'm going to make this short and sweet Home Depot loses alot of money due to inadequate abilities to quote and supply materials for jobs quickly.

Don't buy them. Because they scratch off the pin number and you have to call customer service to get another pin

Dont waste your time at this place. It's a total disaster. very few people know anything, i recently need help and two employees were too busy on their phones all the while I was ignored. its always a mess and you never see a worker smile. even the older man in tools he too very grumpy all the time. Stay away from him.

I have experienced too many issues with HD online. I recommend going “old school “. Go in, talk to a service specialist. I did and my orders are correct every time I go into the store.

The male employee in the garden dept. was argumentative and rude.

As a disabled person I needed help, didn’t get any. I wandered the store looking for things one employee just said he didn’t know where an item was. 2 employees approached me as if I were a criminal. The only nice person was the one at the cash register

This was just what I need

every time I go to the Windsor store I have been helped and had help when I needed it

Home Depot is convenient and has the selection I need for my job.

Heinz Bens helped me understand my flooring purchase and installation project. His help and explanations convinced me I was making the right choices. I’ve purchased many materials for projects big and small from Home Depot in the past. Sales people like Heinz will keep me coming back.

Best customer service.

David and Ben were great! They shut down multiple aisles to safely retrieve (with a forklift - great job David) a pallet of insulation stored up at the top of the rack. I only needed 6 rolls but they made me a priority. There were also two friendly/helpful/patient women associates (whose names I didn’t get) who helped me search.,Thank you everybody! Great job!
