I went to the store and purchased a club cadet riding lawn mower on the Thursday before memorial day. It was delivered the next day and thankfully the delivery man (William) noticed the mower was missing the shoot on the side. I spoke with Dwayne at the store, customer service manager. He said he'd let me know when I could pick one up. I'm a sixty six year old woman, I don't install mower parts. He said they didn't have anyone that could install it. The conversation escalated. He said he didn't know when someone could bring a part or new mower. Probably not until the following Tuesday. Not satisfactory, it was supposed to start raining Sunday and rain for days. It rained through Wednesday. I briefly spoke to Chris and assistant manager. We had not gotten far when William the delivery man (who waited patiently with me) spoke to Chris, he'd spoken to his own boss (contracted delivery service. William volunteered to pick up the part, come back to my house and install it. That gentleman understands customer service. I was ready to return the entire mower and purchase one somewhere else. William did indeed pick it up and install it. The mower was also extremely dirty when delivered. William took numerous pictures and sent them to the store. five stars for the delivery company, one for the store. Also When I first spoke to Dwayne he said he looked up the specs on my mower and it didn't come with that part. It's not an option, all riding mowers have it. It was clearly shown in the manual.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly. They are always willing to answer questions to help me. I love shopping at Home Depot.

We really just like shopping at our local Home Depot. Mike was the representative who greeted us. He’s always friendly happy and helpful. We also ran into the store manager Jason who’s also friendly and helpful.

Your website sucks. I have registered my email as my password, however ever time I try to log in it won't accept it.

The quality of this mulch is much better than last year, it's shredded better than last year's, but several bags are kind of moldy.

Purchased a patio door for my home & received some excellent help in making sure I got what I needed to have. The entire trip was accomplished quickly.

The cashier was more focused on checking her phone than helping customers. I had to wait for her to finish looking at her phone before she came to help me. She had a terrible attitude.

I've had good experiences since December of 2024. During this time, there were sales personnel through out the sales floor to assist customers. I think it is very important for associates to be available for questions and directions. I've been in other establishments and most people show reluctance to offer help or if they see you coming, it's like they struggle with avoidance. Not a good look for any retail establishment. This has not been the case since December!

Helpful employee Ryan helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was knowledgeable about the product.

To date, I have never gone into this Home Depot and not found exactly what I was looking for. The staff have all been courteous and helpful. I can't say anything negative.

My trip before last was not the service I usually get. I was picking up an online order. The two employees at the checkout stood and talked together extensively before telling me I was in the wrong place. Rude.

Be prepared to load your stuff in the parking lot. 90% of the time you can't use the loading zone due to it being full of parked cars and trucks while the drivers are inside shopping.

Warped, twisted and bowed are the quality of studs on the shelf at this store. If you're looking for framing that is a disappointment, bottom to top, then this is your store!

Most organized cleanest store of all the Home Depots I've ever been in!

I'm always shopping at the Haines Mall location, so I do not know which purchase this e-mail was for but the employees at this location are always helpful. From garden to plumbing, I always get the answers I need. If I got a receipt with this e-mail would have been helpful to know who helped me this time!

The stores customer service at check out treatment of customers needs work. Two floor associates in the department i was purchasing from said and sent the sticker to the front associate and he refused to honor the price ,your employees stated. Then he grabbed some associate walking by and he said you can have 100$ off . The price was double what it was advertised for.so it was still $200 more..

Needed help with a problem and Customer Service did a great job finding a solution.

Iris has helped me over the years with quite a few appliances and she is wonderful to work with. She's intelligent and knows the products, she treats you like your family and has a pleasant disposition. It feels more like a reunion when I work with Iris and I will always deal only with her at Home Depot. When she decides to retire, I'll have to find another place to shop!

Like buying from the keystone cops. Dude shows me where the wood chippers are. (Locked up outside). We both go back in and he tells me to go see someone else. He was at the service desk! So much transpired and I am not writing about this other than to say I’ll visit the Blue Box store next time.

This Home Depot is by far one of the best the staff are extremely friendly, and the leadership is even better
