No less than 6 different employees asked if they could help me when I was shopping in the Halls Mall store in Winston-Salem. Wow! With a smile and an upbeat voice! That level of service is very hard to come by these days. Please keep up the great service Hanes Mall HD!! And thank you!

The one reason I wouldn’t be a return customer at this Home Depot is the strange security guard that kept following me around seemed like cause I had Milwaukee merchandise in my cart!

You know how we all get impatient, especially when we're in a hurry, just how life is these days. I had a simple return two days in a row, cause I kept purchasing the wrong size item. Each time I came in there was a line at customer service. Immediately my heart sank both times, thinking I was going to be standing in line forever since there were only two team members working...... I love it when MY HomeDepot proves me wrong! Yes, I call it MINE, simply because I've been into other Home Depot's and they just don't feel like home..... this is probably why you can find me here 3 to 5 days a week and sometimes multiple times a day. I wish they would've put the store closer to my home, the entire staff from the DM down are amazing, friendly, caring, and so honest that if they don't know something, they flat out tell you that they have no idea, but they will find someone who does! Mad respect! Oh yeah, and Diesel Dan.... you can't help but just crack a smile whenever he is working! WOOOOOOOOOO!

Waited 45 minutes on some help lifting two sheets of 4 x 8 barn siding. Finally just had to shout at someone to help me!

We got the help we needed in a timely manner. My husband used the product with the issues or set backs.

We spent $4000 in the store and couldn’t get any help had to do everything ourselves by looking it up online and one employee came in the isle and walked right by and didn’t say a word after we stood there for all that time oh that was after we asked a evil woman if she could get us some help her reply was I can’t do it if you don’t go back there ok wow.

I recently purchased a trailer and tools at the Home Depot on Hanes Mall Blvd, Winston Salem, NC. Chistina and other employees were most helpful. I appreciate their positive attitude and results.

Came into the store knowing exactly what I need but didn’t want to use self checkouts, Was greeted by a very friendly cashier, Leilani, who helped me through the process! Would recommend for any needs that you have!

Only 3 electric buggies are provided for handicapped customers. 1 is always broken and the 2 remaining seem to always be in use.

Home Depot on Hanes Mall Blvd has the best staff that is always willing to help. They are friendly and you can always find someone quickly if you have questions.

I purchased a Frigidaire counter depth refrigerator which seems to be an excellent price, but locating salespeople to help can be challenging. The salesman (Diesel Dan) was very helpful once I got him, but salespeople are hard to locate.

I always enjoy going into this Home Depot store. They are always very helpful and go above and beyond to help their customers.
