I have been buying from Lowes for years, it was ok but your stores are so helpful, very friendly, your store is cleaner than most restaurants. If your stores were closer to where I live, you would have all my business. I try not to buy at Lowes and go to the smaller lumber yard type business.(Discount Builders in Pilot Mountain,NC...they just renamed it)

The store was clean, the staff was very friendly. And the associate in the paint department was extremely helpful in helping me with my project.

Assistance required for 'self' check out. No one in lines. Attendant was 'preoccupied' and speechless. Felt as if I was bothering her. Most all associates are helpful and courteous during my shopping experiences. Some more than others... Find that weekend staff seems to busy to assist. June 2015 The sales associate that waited on me was great God sent me the right sales person because I have had a problem trying to find the right refrigerator. Our sales associate was Darlene Perrell she was attentive to my concern. We are in need of a refrigerator our space size is 33 inch width, 69 inch height and depth 30 inches. The standard size is 36 inches width so we were in need of a counter depth refrigerator, but if you looking for a refrigerator you know that they don't make very many with in 33' width (that was my delima) with the size of the space I had to work with. Darlene provide me with information on a produce that I see listed on the website. She explain that Samsung has a 33' width and 34' depth that should work well in that space. It will be delivered in a couple of days. I will update you in my review.

The reason that I prefer Home Depot is their customer service.It is just a better shopping experience.I would rather drop my money in a place that takes the time and effort to make sure I am being helped than at some place that seems to care less whether I am there or not.

While I was not able to get the product I wanted in the color I needed, the Sales Associate-Brent was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to try to make us happy and was easy to talk with. I would recommend this store just on the experience we had with Brent.

I made a purchase this morning and forgot to present my 10% off coupon. I returned to the store later in the day and asked the associate if she would honor the 10% coupon from the earlier purchase. To my delight the associate gave me the refund, no hassles. I was pleased. Feeling like I had some found money, I used some of my refund to by a ticket for the $235 million Mega Millions jackpot. Hopefully you will see me on the evening new collecting my millions.

Our experience at Home Depot was very enjoyable. We weren't shadowed or bothered by the service people and when we needed to ask a question, there wasn't a delay or anything finding someone. The checkout person (Wendy) was very helpful and knowledgeable. It made to overall experience much better and we ended up purchasing other things that we needed but didn't come in for because of the great prices.

I love everything about this store. Items are easy to find and if I ever do need something I cannot locate, a Home Depot Associate is always ready and willing to help me, usually before I even realize I need help. I have never been in the University Pkwy store and thought it was messy, even at Christmas, when things get very hectic. I also appreciate the Military Discount with NO hassle. My husband has his ID ready for them to check, they thank him for his service to our Country and we get a wonderful 10% discount. I tell everyone to come to Home Depot!

I visit this store often,it is always Hot in the store, I end up leaving before I can get everything that I need. If yall would cut the air contine on it would help out a lot.

The store was clean, sometimes I have trouble getting help loading items into my cart and vehicle due to my disability. Most of the time, the employees are willing to help.
