It’s not always about the purchase. I’ve had the worst online experience at Home Depot. One month later I’m waiting on patio furniture just realize the day of delivery it’s out of stock. Available in stores at double the price though. When I called Home Depot online they suggested I go to different locations and see if maybe somebody would be able to help me. Basically hat in hand, grovel and good luck. Seven stores later and an empty gas tank I found myself in the Winter Haven Home Depot. Going to this location I interacted with the manager name Candace. What little authority she had she made sure she was able to weld it for my benefit. Originally I purchased a five piece conversation patio set at a great price. She was able to locate one piece out of the five and give me the online price. She was extremely apologetic that she couldn’t do more and listened to me vent without losing patience with me.

I bought this two days ago and so far it's worked great for me.

I purchased 40 pieces of foam board insulation online. When I went to pick it up the salesperson at Home Depot told me he had already selected them and put them on a top rack with the receipt to hold them for me. When he went to get them another salesman had removed them and resold them.

The store was well stocked and clean but if you want help it’s not the store for you.

Clayton helped us load 42 bags of Sakrete by hand - off of a pallet then again into our trailer. So helpful and friendly. Had great experience with this location and thats why we always shop there first!

From the moment I walked in and was greeted with can I help you find what you are looking for from the customer service desk to the woman who met me in aisle 10 and immediately knew where to find my item, it was impressive customer service, caring and excellent product knowledge of where items are in the store.

So far, most of my purchases have been in the garden center since I moved here. The employees are always cheerful and helpful. And they chat with me a bit, which living alone makes for a good experience. Garden Center is one of the best I've seen here.

This is a nice store with friendly staff, when you can find them. Just wish the would update the LP Gas storage and sales station so the it was automated with outside pay and no need to wait for a staff member to unlock. The store in Lake City, FL has such a station and it works really slick.

Alex greeted me and helped select the plywood I was having a hard time locating. He was friendly and offered a discount as the top 2 sheets on the pile were damaged. I appreciated him mentioning that as I did not need the whole piece. He went on to cut the lengths I needed and load on my cart.

We get Gatorades and waters, weekly to stay hydrated. The pro service doesn't keep u there long. Easy as one two three

The staff are always very friendly, I bought our mulch from there a couple of months ago and the guy loaded it into my vehicle.

I was helped by a very professional employee that went out of his way to assist me in my needs. His name was Darrel S. He even carried my product up to the register for me . I hate that I have to scan my own items. Face to face customer service is what would set your company above others. An actual person at the register. Self checkouts are very impersonal and uncaring to any customer.

My husband and my self went to looking in to buying cabinets and we had a great experience. Barbara was amazing. all home depot should have one of her

I bought an appliance set a couple of weeks ago. Great service and Great prices.

This location has the seashell landscaping that I’ve been searching for at the best prices check them out.

Purchased a water heater two weeks ago and went back to buy a toilet. Andrew in the plumbing dept was excellent. He helped me inspect and Calvin assisted me outside in loading. Great staff! Friendly and helpful made my shopping experience quick and painless! Thank you all at Winter Haven FL store
