We took our cat outside to play and a neighbor's dog got loose and came into our backyard yard which scared our cat up a tree. We needed to purchase a ladder quickly to get the cat down. We called the store and they set aside the ladder for us even though they were closing in 20 minutes. The employees Mike and Todd were helpful in helping us check out the ladder as well as showing us which straps to secure it to our Jeep. They showed that they cared about our problem at hand. It worked and our cat is now safe and sound back in our home.

I’m so pleased with the mulch and garden plants I recently purchased from Home Depot. I’m not done spreading it, but it’s looking awesome already.

Employees at this Home Depot are some the most helpful and knowledgeable I have experienced at any Home Depot. This store should run videos on “How To” interact with contractors and customers for the rest of store to watch.

I needed to order additional roller shades and Mike was very helpful with his expertise.

keep getting calls from Atlanta saying my case is closed on my flooring. I have to call and get it reopened...some one from hd said they would replace my foor decause of the bad install and problem=Ms with the product.. and I could upgrade the flooring at my cost on the diff. so why is Atlanta opening g and closing my case all the time, do

I'm always greeted, are you finding everything?, offer to carry big/heavy items out, people at self check out offer assistance. I do wish you carried more seasonal items in the smaller stores. Halloween is a big deal here, just like it is in Milwaukee or Madison. Other than Halloween, what I'm looking for is usually in stock.

If you have to ask for help loading heavy things, don't expect any at this store. You can ask, and they will call for help, but the help never comes. We bought 60 pound bags of Quik Crete, 17 of them. Help would have been nice. It was customer appreciation weekend, how ironic. What a joke.

Kim was very helpful in helping us choose a refrigerator. She was patient as we looked at all the different models.

Everyone was helpful. The only thing I am concerned about and don’t understand they wanted all the money up front. I understand some money like half but concerned they will not finish or if a problem arises I will not receive satisfaction.

Excellent customer service

We found what we needed and the store associates we great, bur things turned sour when the credit card reader froze up.

We can find the product we need for the home project we are working on, also the staff are very helpful to explain how to use the product when we ask them for help.

We frequently shop Wis Rapids Home Depot. I can't recall EVER shopping in that store that at least one (often more) employee failed to greet us or offer to assist us in finding what we were shopping for. Wonderful service always.

Website stated that the mower I wanted had 1 in stock! Not so according to your employee and it hadn’t been for a while!

Good location if you do everything yourself but associates are too busy visiting to help you if you need it. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I always get asked if I need help loading as most purchase have bigger items with the exception of this time as I only had a few tiny items. They are able to give advice on which things to use when and has massively improved my knowledge of fixing things

Bought a Mini fridge for our Motorhome and haven't had a chance to use yet. Fridge was supposed to be sent to the Store and picked up there. Got delivered to our Home.

John helped us with our kitchen project. He helped with stone countertops and did so well with it we also got new flooring for entire fist floor. Keep him happy, he is great. Jon & Lisa Hipke

I do very little home improvement work as I'm not skilled in that area. I depend on Home Depot because if I hire someone to fix something I know I can send them to Home Depot and they'll return with the correct items needed for the job. I'm very pleased with this store!

WAS my favorite store, no more. Had an online order for store pickup. Was informed my order was ready. Arrived at store and found my order to be short. Why was I told to pickup my order when it was incomplete. Cost me a bunch of money as my help had to be sent home that day for the project we lined up. NO one seemed concerned about my issue,
