Exemplary
From the time that we walked into the store, to the big decision we had to make for a new appliance, and finally the check out process, this store continued to prove why they are all exceptional employees. Everyone was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help which I believe is hard to find in today’s work environment. Alyssa, who helped us with deciding on an appliance and applying for a card was beyond fabulous. She made sure that I was well informed about each decision I made and also didn’t try to push me to sell any additional warranties, products, or services. Her upbeat attitude was very welcoming after a long day of work I had. Her, along with many other employees we saw during our visit continue to assure my thought process that Home Depot truly is the best home improvement store in our area!

Over the top customer service!
I asked which aisle a product was in and Tom walked me right to the item and then helped me measure and brainstorm my idea. Then, he took me to the next item on my list and assisted me in finding the best product for my project while still being affordable. Tom was helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. I was in a hurry because I had my adult daughter and her baby waiting for me in the car so this was much appreciated.
