The store is clean and organized in such a way that it guides you through shopping effortlessly. The attitude and demeanor and product knowledge of the staff is very positive and supportive. I really appreciate the outgoing efforts they have to make my home projects come to success. Thank you Home Depot and your wonderful staff . I love shopping for all my tools and supplies at my personal “one stop shop” and thank you Home Depot staff For making my day brighter with your positive attitude and your support for my home improvements. The Rapids Home Depot is right on my way into town and on my way home so I stop often. The store usually has everything I need for a project. I have bought Shingles from both my home and when I did my daughters home a few years ago. Our new kitchen stove, above stove microwave and our new dish washer also came from the Home Depot in Wisconsin Rapids. Many other things I have purchased there also

Store employees are always friendly and quick to assist us or find someone who can help. We have spoken to several employees on many different occasions and have always left satisfied. Store is clean and stocked well!

Be very careful if you have items to return. They will give you a store gift card, but will tie whoever returned the item to the card and not let anyone else use it!!! Kind of a stupid policy considering how many husbands and wives shop together and then one of them returns an item. Makes it very inconvenient for the other person to use the gift card to purchase something if the one who returned the initial item is not with them! The cashiers do not really care about this inconvenience either. You just get the "well that is a corporate policy" statement and then if you express dissatisfaction and ask that they provide your feed back to the manager, they just tell you very coldly to fill out the survey. I understand the purpose for the survey, but it would be nice to see the employees trained to use some personal accountability in doing their job and actually act like they want to help you solve your issue.

I have always received excellent service at this store. Employee's always ask if I need assistance.

A dream come true, Home Depot had hot dogs for the customers!!!!!! Great store Great service. If you are ever in need of home fixit stuff you should stop in.

This store has all the products a person would wish to buy. The employees are very helpful and polite and if they don't know they will find someone that does. The store is very clean.

I was buying paint and one of the employees helped me find what I was looking for. The store is arranged very nice and the employees are very friendly. Miss the popcorn they used to have.

Store employees will do anything NOT to help customers, casher was rude! Not the store for a disabled person to go to.

The policy of exchanging defective items when you lost your receipt is bad and the people are rude and insulting while you are trying to fix the problem. Customer service could care less if you have a problem without a receipt, even if you have a defective product. Their 100% guarantee is a joke.

Place is clean (even bathrooms) customer service is great.
