No one cares
Even though promised in a purchase, later was told was a mistake???

    Home Deopt shopping experience
    I had purchased a toilet before from this location. It was easy to get out of where it was placed. This time however they were tightly packed against each other. Even when I tried sliding it out the handles that the box had ripped. A person that was in the aisle helped me get the toilet out of where it was placed and onto my wagon. Please do not packed the toilets tight against each other, don't you want to sell them?

        Technical problems
        I made an online purchase and for return is only 2 possibly store credit and back to initial credit card that was made the purchase… My problem was that the money can not go back on the credit card that was used for purchase and with the store credit you can not make an online purchase again… I texted with customer services I called thei didn’t were ave to solve my problem… Back to store I was lucky to run into a capable person at costumers service ho helped me… Now I’m waiting for a check wit my money for return that I made…

                  Well Stocked but Not Well Kept
                  The store is well stocked and very convenient. Unfortunately litter is present in parking lot and perimeter of property. .

                      Too much lost time waioting for help
                      Often people need help in the aisles but it takes a long time for Home Depot staff to respond . Big turn off and frustrating waiting long time and some times no one comes . Big problem for customers. Check out is very good and return section is very good

                        Store has been Reorganized. Nice Work!
                        I've been a customer of Home Depot for a long time. Even though the store always seemed to be a mishmash of merchandise (the "you can buy it if you can find it" method), I have learned through experience where to find many items. Well, it looks as if the store has been reorganized, and while I need to "relearn" where my favorites are now located, the phone app makes this task easy as well. It's a long time coming, but it's a nice upgrade for the customers.

                          employess that want to work
                          i went to purchase garbage cans, got stuck paying $167.00 for 2 cans because there was nobody around to help get the cheaper ones i needed. as i left the store an went home that day, my neighbor said just order online and return the ones you purchased, so thats what i did. thankfully the returns department help me get my online order and do the return. they was a pleasure. but this location needs more people who want to assist customers and not be hiding.

                            Terrible delivery service of appliance
                            They came to deliver a washer and they asked for money to lift the appliance onto the pedestal Left the appliance on the floor and wouldn't lift it onto the base pedestal drawer it's suppose to go on . They were trying to take advantage of an elderly man knowing he couldn't lift it on his own. So now I haw a washer sitting on the floor next to a pedestal drawer and I can't do nothing with.                                   Worst home depot I have ever been to.
                                  Cashier accidentally charged me $196 for $150 in items. When i went to customer service and simply just asked them to rescan the items and refund me the difference. He refused and cancelled the sale. He rescanned the items and charged me the $150. There is one flaw in this transaction. When I check my account before leaving I did not see an instant refund. When I asked him, he informed me that I would see a refund in a few days. So now you get to hold onto my $196 because of two workers incompetence and failure to explain this BEFORE the refund to my debit card. Had I known this I would have taken cash, as my account is not NEGATIVE till I get the refund issued. Did I mention the employee that issued the refund was rude to other customers and would not even acknowledge them and waved them off. Great customer service during the holidays.

                                        Extraordinary employee
                                        I must tell you that one of your employees has gone out of her way to help me beyond her duties. I came in on Tuesday, November 26th to purchase a water heater. Tameka gravitated to me, and from start, to checkout she made sure that I was properly taken care of. She was all set to go to lunch, not knowing my purchase time, along with filling out a HD credit card. She was a true professional throughout the whole, trouble free transaction. I think I took 45 minutesof her lunch hour. Thank you! I've been shopping here since your existence and couldn't be more satisfied.

                                          Myriam at the Home Depot location in 11375 at Woodhaven Blvd, NY was super helpful, friendly and provided excellent customer service. She helped me order my fridge and provided useful information on delivery.

                                            Close by and very convenient, but....
                                            Stopped in back in September and quite enjoyed the Halloween Merchandise. Stopped in again a week before Halloween and felt a little sick. All the Halloween merchandise was gone and Christmas stuff was out already. Should have held off until after Halloween for the Christmas stuff to be put out

                                                    Hard to get sales people when you need them.
                                                    Sales and stock people are very nice but if you need help sometimes you have to have someone call for them maybe more than once and wait for 5- 10 minutes. Loews service is better and the physical layout looks cleaner and brighter.

                                                      Caught it the 1st time
                                                      I bought this mouse trap after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures. Thanks all for the accurate opinion. The only thing I wish is that someone says if the trap came with bait. The trap didn’t come with bait so I bought the bait also at Home Depot and I caught the mouse on the first night.

                                                        Generally Convenient Location
                                                        I visit three locations, Woodhaven ( closest ), Jericho, and Maspeth. More times than not I travel out of area because the assistance is much better than at Woodhaven. Also there have been times that product is only available at another location. I found Maspeth to have better, more knowledgeable assistance than Woodhaven and greater in-stock inventory.

                                                          Decent location however supplies aren't replenished in a timely manner
                                                          Supply replenishment issues still exist and the Home Depot Veteran's 10% discount is a sham and non existent even when I show my DD214 or my offical military ID

                                                            Most of them don’t know much about products and materials. Everybody passes the buck to somebody else send you to go. Ask this one to go ask the other one except for themselves.
