Yesterday I bought window blinds from your store, and since my windows have specific size, I need the help from your employee tp size them up for me. This job was done my Mr. Brian L, from the flooring department, and I sought how wonderful and helpful to have such a store in our neighborhood. Thank you Mr. Brian L for your help, and thank you the Home Depot Store # 1220.

Very happy with my purchase

I came to the store to buy a kitchen faucet. I was fortunate enough to have a wonderful sales lady assist me. After she left, I needed additional assistance. There was no one available to help me although someone was paged a few times to come. I waited close to an hour then I left. However, I had a wonderful cashier by the name of MaryAnn who helped turn my negative experience around. Thank you MaryAnn and thank you to the employee who initially assisted me in the faucets area.

The Glendale Home Depot is probably better than the other Home Depots in the area. Erskine and Rockaway are not the best.

Happy about Angel the salesman in hardware section who kindly and effortlessly helped me to get all I needed. He went above and beyond to make my visit an amazing one. He was the only one who smile and show true customer service high level of service.

I love the products at Home Depot and Have always had several questions especially about lighting I need to purchase. They guided me in the right direction.

If looking for an appliance please go to this store. Sales people where great. They where helpful and took time. I even went to the paint section and they help me so much. Thank you home depot please keep it up.

I was trying to purchase carpeting for my home and there is nothing to see but these small displays but what made it worse was the waiting time to have someone come and assist me. Two representatives called and no one showed up, so I left and found a local carpeting store that got my business. I will never go back to that store again.

Store is fine, but sufficient help is NOT THERE!

I forgot an item which I’ve paid for. After about 30-40 minutes I returned to the store and I was assisted to retrieve the item without any problems.

I had the best experience with Robert and Rodrigo. Rodrigo was bilingual and was able to answer many of the questions my parents had. Robert was very knowledgeable about the exact location of items, and together they supported my family in finding the perfect grill. I will definitely return to this specific location.

Shop here only reluctantly. Prices are nothing terrific, store generally dirty snd unkempt, service poor and checkout lines long.

The cashier Gabriel was lovely. The paint department worker Delia delivered poor service and dismissed assisting my partner and I until paged but other coworkers.

I own a plumbing company and as I walked in I asked the cashier Michele where to direct me for the items I needed and she certainly gave me the correct isles and even where in the isle I can go to get my items. She was exceptional and very experienced in Hardware which I was so surprised and she even rung me up for my order. Michele Thank you so much for your help last night and I will always go to you for whatever I need in Home Depot.

We needed to replace our apartment flooring, I had no idea how to choose or what is involved. I can't say enough about the Flooring Department at the Forest Hills/Woodhaven location. Teresa guided us, finding a beautiful laminate that was actually on clearance, and helped us order the correct amount, and the other manager was a great help with the underlayment, base boards and transition piece. Our floor looks beautiful and we did it at a very rerasonable cost!

Customer service was good

Michelle was one of the best cashiers I have ever encountered at this store. They are very lucky to have her.

Very good quality paper towels and reasonably priced! I was pleasantly surprised at how absorbent and durable they are.

There are mice all over the store. They eat the candy and grass lawn seeds.

Alfredo was very knowledgeable and professional he know exactly what I needed and where it was located in the store which saved me time

This location is always stocked and today was one of those days I found everything I needed. Not crowded at all during the time I had visited. The sales cashier Amal who assisted me during my checkout was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional.
