Don was extremely helpful in showing where everything was at, even taking the time to walk to the items in the areas they were located at.

The short stocky-built guy in the hardware section that has a bad knee & also a dad figure spent an hour to help me remove 2 front wheels on my convertible hand truck. It's way overdue for replacement. He went around the aisles to find the necessary washers & screws. Even got a saw to help remove the current ones because they impossible to take off. He even went as far as ensuring that it works by testing it with multiple stacks of water bottles to see if it can withstand the weight. Thank you!

I always have a great experience at the Variel Home Depot in Woodland Hills. The grey cat greets me , an icon for sure and staff are so helpful. I am fixing my new house and it's a daily visit to the store for paint, hardware, plumbing items , lighting or blinds. It's a major project and Inlook forward to my visits because I know someone will answer my silly questions and patiently lead me to the right isle. Painting is always fun as there's a gentleman who always takes time to add humor to his job. Mena and Crystal are just a few names that I have met and got to know. A great location for all your needs and even some handholding and guidance to make the most rushed or stressful jobs turn into a pleasurable achievement after your visit!

I bought carpet and padding from Home Depot Woodland Hills the store and the installers were not telling the same information they were supposed to install one day but didn’t have the materials so they didn’t show up after rescheduling and 2 weeks later the installation took 2 days when originally they told us 1 day the work had multiple issues that needs to be corrected and trying to get those things handled is turning out to be very difficult we have been getting the run around from multiple people at the store our parents used a different store to get their carpet installed and was totally pleased so I guess it depends on the store so in the future I will never used Woodland Hills store again for any more projects and $16,000 plus losses also my family was uprooted for more than to weeks

I recently had a completely different and much better experience at Home Depot during my last visit. In the past, whenever I needed help, I had to ask several times, and no one seemed to care—most employees were chatting with each other instead of helping customers. But this time, everything felt different! The employees were attentive, came to customers, and asked how they could help. I was honestly shocked by the positive change, and I’m really happy to see this improvement.

I needed guidance in fixing a broken toy. I could find all the supplies needed with help of an employee - Johnette, who went out of her way to guide me on the steps on how to fix the toy

Home Depot Woodland Hills is always been my go to Home Depot when I need products. If there's something I'm having a hard time getting I go to Judd in the flooring department and he always helps me no matter what the item is in any part of the store.or online!

Doing major repairs on an ADU and was really having a hard time picking stuff out. Maria in appliances was so patient with me and gave me multiple estimates and descriptions. Then Victor and Noah....WOW stayed with me. answered all my questions, were so patient, helped me find everything AND even helped me load my car. BEST EXPERIENCE I've ever had at a Home Depot....this one is Woodland Hills, Ca.

I work all over So Cal and I have shopped at Home Depots from San Diego CA to San Luis Obispo CA.. And I have to tell you, It's rare to see the store manager busting his butt. But I kid you not, on many occasions when I have been to the Woodland Hills Home Depot, the store manager Bernardo is always out there working his butt off. Stacking, moving, organizing. I think his crew appreciates him and in turn the crew from returns to check stands do an awesome job and are courteous and professional. Great Store.

do not buy landscape lights from them. They do not sell replacement parts and you get stuck holding the bag and having to buy new products.

My wife and I come to the Woodland Hills Home Depot all the time. We have 3 in the Valley which are all fairly close to our house, but of the 3, this store is usually better stocked and organized. Phil helped us find everything we came for, thanks Phil! :)

My AC thermostat broke up I went to the nearest Home Depot and didn’t took me more than 5 minutes the full trip , I asked where to find it at the entrance they sent me to some 15 the sole 15 sent me to the thermostat location and I went to self check out where an employee helped me out. All stall is well trained polite and friendly.

This store ought to take lesson from the San Fernando store. They are efficient and easy to find for advice,

I was surprised because for first time in many years I found associates willing to help me to find what I needed. Welcome the customer service improvement !! That was the opposite experience before. I’m glad for the change

Received 15-20 emails stating date and time of delivery of large appliance. Took off 1/2 day of work. ONE hour before delivery time, 2 notifications the large appliance would not be delivered due to delivery issue. Turns out, it was not in the warehouse and was NOT available upon purchase.

I am at this Home Depot a few times a month, getting various products for my home. Their employees always either know about the products I'm looking for, or they know someone to ask, who knows. This is a well-kept, very friendly Home Depot.

I purchased three 40 lb bags of water softener salt. A Home Depot employee was stationed at the garden center check out point and volunteered to assist me with loading them into my car. I'm partially handicapped and without hesitation, he pushed the flat cart out to my car and loaded the bags into my trunk. I believe he is a disabled person himself with the sole purpose of assisting customers. Thank you Home Depot!

I went to purchase a propane tank exchange. There was no easily identifiable way to do this at the self checkout(now the only way to ring up your purchases) so I had to hit the need attendant help button which sent up an awful noise that finally got the attention of one of the two workers on duty. Once they rang up the tank, I was assured that someone would meet me outside to finish the exchange. After waiting for several minutes on a cold night I went back into the store to ask for help, was told the exchange was now self help, just put the code from your receipt into the screen on the vending machine. The screen showed that no tanks were available to exchange so another triop into the store was needed. After finally getting someone's attention, a very polite worker did show up to make the tank swap. It shouldn't be this hard. Had there been a human checker in the first place and another to quickly make the exchange outside, this transaction would have taken a third of the time.

I was treated so horribly by Leticia who introduced herself as the manager. If the manager is so rude like her, I don't expect any better from the other staff. Leticia you should be fired if Home Depot had any respect to its customers.

We went to the home depot in woodland hills Ca and were taken care of Giovanni to order new slideing doors. He was so knowledgeable and friendly, much better than other people we used in the past.

Was looking for dimmers and lamp cord. Dimmers were locked up and no one around. Employee at wire by the door was very rude and disrespectful to me in front of my seven year old son. We won't be back.

I spent in total almost 5 weeks to install my window and it was a wrong measurement Now I have to wait I don’t k how long to replace
