I visited the Woodland Hills store on Variel and Victory and was so pleased with Sam in Electrical. She knew her stuff and had a wonderful attitude. It was truly a pleasure.

I just stopped in the HD for a few items. I had a wonderful cashier waiting on me and trying her best to deal with person 3 back in the line. He kept yelling at my cashier he had been in line for 30 minutes. I had only been there 3 minutes and he wasn't there when i got there so there you go. She handled it so professional i had to laugh....This HD was very very clean and neat. I will be back for sure. great job to all involved

As a contractor in LA I'm at a Home Depot every day. Sometime 2-3 time a day. Woodland Hills has the best store out of all others I visit. Also, Derik is the best morning cashier. I always try to go to his line if I see him. Very fast and efficient!!!

I have been shopping at this location since I was 5 yrs old . I have early memories of my grandpa bringing me here whenever grandma needed something done around the house ;) this is located on victory . Has a huge variety of outside garden soils, plants, patio furniture, fountains, fire pits etc.. Plus on the inside you can find any and everything you could possibly want or need for any type of project ur into. I recently bought a beautiful fan that has chandelier crystals in the middle it’s absolutely stunning in my master bedroom ! Ever Ty time I come I spent a mint can’t say enough grate things about this plus plus I almost forgot the most important part of all I love there customer comes first Attitude! Great customer service never fails !!

I came in to buy some plants for my patio and Rachel from gardening greeted and helped me with an amazing energy and personality. Definitely enjoyed my visit and looking forward to working with her on my futures visits.

I encountered a complex and messy problem involving a washer/dryer order. The personnel at the Woodland Hills Home Depot were exceptional in handling the matter and keeping me advised throughout the process, which took several days to resolve. I never hesitate to speak up when I am treated well as a customer, and I very much appreciate the great professionalism and care from the Home Depot team, especially Stephany in Appliances (and her manager, Bernardo). Jazmin from pro desk was super helpful she helped me get into my account so that I can use my rewards that we’re going to expire . Thank you jazmin ! There was rude customers complaint and during the pro associates out about the line but the ladies kept they’re calm and still treated him kindly ! I wanted to curse that man out $!&&!. But all in all the ladies were super kind ! Thank you pro!

Worst customer service ever at this store. Would not step into this store again. Even if a customer of mine needs something from there, I’ll go to another HD!!

AGAIN, the major issue at this store that needs to be addressed: Day laborers are literally loitering and hanging off the tree branches everywhere in this store's parking lot area. This has been a long time problem for this store and it is not ever really handled. It seems to be worse than at any other Home Depot in the area. I understand that day laborers fill an important need, but management needs to control this situation by having them in a designated area and controlling the numbers. It is out of control at present. This situation makes the experience of shopping at this location very uncomfortable especially when driving into the parking lot and when walking from the car to the store. PLEASE FORWARD TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT for actioning. TY
