I went to the closest store first. I was a Lowes, but I was ignored by several people when I tried to get any help or find a handicap cart. So I googled Home Depot and went to the Woodland Hills, CA store hoping it would be a little better. I was pleasantly surprised to find several fully charged carts at the entrance. I got one and proceeded to the flooring department where I was helped by Judd who was fantastice! He got me scheduled for a flooring measurement appt and helped me get a credit card for $5,000 credit. He gave me a $25 coupon. He also helped me save money by suggesting and cutting some cut to order blinds. The cashier was nice & also the guy who helped me to my car with my blinds and was very sweet even though I did not have any cash to give him a tip. What a completely different experience than at your competitor. Keep up the good work. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the tags easier to read from a distance for us people who cant see tiny shelf tags and maybe work on making the store easier to find things.

Nothing worse than finding a store that lets the computers tell them what they can do. This store has a real asset in Maxine at their customer service department. She did the (almost unheard of) thing where she acts like a human, listens to the customers, and actually helps them. A manager like that is not one you want to lose. Otherwise, customers just go elsewhere when they are treated like numbers.

Kirsi treats customers like they are dealing with a contractor. She knows what she is talking about. She is helpful, polite and professional. She has a wonderful attitude and does not try to "sell" she actually assists and finds exactly what you are looking for. She is a true asset to Home Depot.

They must have the rudest cashiers. They probably don't pay well.

I like this store. It's really close to my work (and not too far from home). The staff is friendly and helpful. It's never that busy, but that could be because I usually go there on weekdays. I'm currently remodeling so I'm there more often than normal. It's made me more aware of how well the store is managed. A good example of the employees: I needed spray paint and asked an employee in the paint dept which aisle it was on. Another employee followed me over (probably because the cans are locked up) and offered assistance which I needed as I was painting metal patio chairs. He asked a few questions and then recommended the best product (and it wasn't the most expensive). I was back in my car in about 10 minutes (partly thanks to self-checkout).

The customer service in my experience was exceptional. I felt very well taken care of and I applaud the workers that helped me out. I am not use to coming into home improvement stores and yet they answered my questions and helped me find the things I needed.

This store has a good layout and there are always knowledgeable people who are friendly and eager to help.

I came in looking for a grease gun to service my wood chipper i thought i would need an industrial grade for it is a good sized machine but instead the fella who was helping me directs me to a 10 dollar grease gun i was shocked so i bought a 11 dollar pack of refills what a great day in the neighborhood thanks home depot

Have been utilizing this Home Depot Store for over 15 years now since I have lived in my current home. Always have a great experience, store is always clean, associates are always helpful and I always try to make sure I use this specific Home Depot for any of my home improvements or maintenance needs.

I found exactly what I needed with the help of a nice young man, and the cashier was a joy - friendly, yet professional, all the while efficiently moving the line of customers quickly through their purchases.
