Had a great experience in the garden center. Donna was great!

I asked a store associate at the service desk for the location of a product. She was able to tell me, without hesitation, where across the store the product, a pair of leather work gloves, was located complete with the aisle number and the exact location in the aisle to find it. My experience at a competitor a few minutes earlier, Orchard Hardware, was quite the opposite. Two store associates were unable to tell me where exactly the product was located. Customer service at this Home Depot is very very good. The only thing that is lacking sometimes is that the store associates sometimes fail to make eye contact with the customer and instead give the impression of being rude or ignoring you by talking to you while looking in another direction.

Unfortunately I had to return what I purchased , the item was a gate opener, and it was not compatible to my opener that needed to be replaced.

Web information on the product was accurate and was able to find it in the store with ease. The associate was very helpful. We got the item and we were out of the store in no time.

I had to wait awhile for the store associate, but once I spoke with someone, he was extremely helpful.

I walked into this department like "a deer in headlights" ready to begin remodeling. Stephanie and Melvin in the paint department worked diligently with me to select colors. They displayed such a high level of patience and professionalism, as they lightened and darkened 18 colors until the perfect ones were reached. During this process, both were extremely personable, and their skill-set for color was evident. They worked days with me and everyday greeted me with a smile. WOW! It is truly because of their diligence that the final colors are perfect! Kudos and special thanks to Stephanie and Marvin. They are truly an asset to the Home Depot Family!

Daisy at the service desk was friendly polite and compassionate about the customer service experience. The professionalism of Daisy exceeded my expectations of customer service at a home depot. Valuing a customers time as her own and ensuring I received all the products i needed for my order. Daisy also helped repacking my product in heavy duty moving boxes had a smile doing the unexpected. A+++

Came for a specific item and found easily. checkout was a breeze. I really like this store and will always come back.

The store is clean. Better than any other Home Depot in San Fernando Valley. Except when you need help, it seems like no one is around or all the employees are busy doing something. I asked one employee where I could find the product I was looking for and he wasn't sure even Home Depot had it. Then I found it myself after 10 min walking around.

to many product stands in the isles makes it hard to get through somtimes.

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot, have almost everything I would need, and nice to get ideas on new iteams. Wish there were more people on the Deptartments to assist & answer questions. T

Store is great but there is to many in isle stands for product that get in the way of other people or trying to get to product on the shelf

The store was clean! Associates were very helpful sand kind !!! The manager, he was was absuloutly perfect....professional , knowledgeable , willing to help himself when his employees were busy helping other customers !!!! He is an amazing manager and an ASSET to Home Depot !!!!!

Store is great, people are nice, but the stock is short compared to other stores. It wasn't that they were out of the particular size PVC fittings I needed, it was that this particular store just doesn't stock all the same parts as others nearby.

I've been to this store a few times now. It's slightly further than the van nuys location but worth the drive. Every associate I've come across is extremely knowledgable and helpful. I came to buy a faucet and the rep walked me through many options and also gave me tips and courage to switch it out myself which saved me $200 on install fees. Another time I came, I needed to rent tools and cut a piece of wood I bought a ikea. The maintenance rep cut the piece of wood right there for me. The latest time I came to the woodland hills store, we were looking for an item that wasn't posted in their system at a specific aisle. A rep walked through multiple aisles and searched until my item was found. It was packaged in bulk on the top shelf so he had to get a forklift to bring down the whole lot. This store is the best and everyone working there is amazing.

The Woodland Hills Home Depot has been our home away from home during our renovation project. I now realize that my husband and I have watched one too many DIY show over the last 5 years, wondering when it would be our turn to be home owners and to "make it our own." We are in the thick of it now, and looking forward to semi-completion soon. It's not as easy as it looks on TV!!!! However, each and every trip to Home Depot over the past few weeks has been extremely easy and wonderful. We have had immediate access to store associates, who have been helpful, patient, knowledgeable, downright cheerful! We are thrilled with our local Home Depot store.

It was great to go in the store at 7 p.m. and have the full attention of extremely experienced and helpful employees for a full 3 hours. We felt supported and encouraged because of the level of service we received. I attribute the productiveness of our visit to the store to everyone there who helped us. It could have been a frustrating and exhausting experience, but instead it turned out to be fun and productive. We are also very grateful about the 24 month interest free financing that was available to us.

TWO SALESPEOPLE helped me greatly while purchasing some lounge chair cushions and a plant I was giving as a gift I love shopping at Home Depot I have done a lot of yard and patio décor to my home thanks to your great prices, great selection and great salespeople!!! Thank you! Appreciatively C.M.

The employees are excellent! I've never had such amazing service! Ron in lumber is INCREDIBLE! I've never been more pleased than with my last visit into the store. Every single employee was busy, but they all stopped to make sure that I was taken care of.

I am satisfied in this store better then any other .

Cashier Yvette is a super cashier helped me out in returns as she was goin to break didnt hesitate to put her apron back on and help before leaving. Very nice and frienfly. You need more employees like her.
