Home depot employees are always ready to help me find whatever I am looking for even when I'm not exactly what to call the gizmo, gadget or thing I think I need.

This store is always clean and products are easy to find. We have found that prices are either compared to or lower then other stores.

This Home Depot does not have enough people to help when needed. I'm constantly frustrated that I have to track down someone to help. Once I get help, they are usually knowledgeable....but it takes going thru a couple of workers to find one that is knowledgeable.

The Yakima Store associates are always great and very helpful.

I love shopping at this store, the employees are always friendly and helpful, even on the busiest of days. They have the items I need, and always willing to give suggestions and helpful information when working on my home projects. The store is clean and organized well with lots of signs to the locations to easily find what you need. Employees go above and beyond my expectations in helping me figure out my vision with the right supplies and suggestions for products. No stigma's just because i am a woman either, which I think is great! I'd much rather shop here than the other place in town.

The Home Depot in our area offers all the components of a store for all needs for the home designer, contractor and construction companies. We have other competitors in this area but the prices seem higher and the customer service not as high quality.

I am a building contractor I always shop Home Depot and send my clients there for products and good assistance Do yourself a favor and shop with people that know what they are talking about

I LIKE SHOPPING AT THIS STORE MUCH BETTER THEN OTHER LOCATIONS , LILIA IS VERY HELPFUL HELPS ME GET WHAT I NEED AND GET GOING FOR THE DAY SHE ALWAYS TELLS ME ABOUT DEALS IN THE STRE .

The customer service at this location is superior to the other big-box hardware store in town. It's a little further away than the "other guy" but it's always worth it!

This is a great store, they always have what a working man or a household would ever need. I have been shopping with them for years and can highly recommend them. They always help me find what I'm looking for.

The employees are always willing to help you find what your looking for, the store is always clean. When you go to Home Depot you are treated like family and not just a customer.

Excellent experience with finding the right product for a Rental remodel. Associate was very knowledgeable, which made our decision making very easy. Selection was good and the pricing was great.

Store was clean - we had stopped coming here as no employee was ever around to help us find what we needed. Plus if we bought anything fairly large or heavy, no assistance taking out and loading. We found a young gentlemen within the last few weeks while gathering parts for a project which included 80# sacks of cement. He was there and helped my husband take our products out and helped my husband load them in the pickup. This young man changed our thinking about assistance.

We had excellent customer service in the carpet department. Got what we wanted in a timely matter.

Yakima's Home depot is a fabulous place to shop. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love this store.

Associate did not know her products that were in the store. I asked if there were other toilets available and was told that they only carried 2 when in fact there are multiple toilets in the store.
