Kent and Jacob were very helpful in helping me with the BBQ Grills I bought. Kent in helping me pick one out and Jacob for getting them loaded on the cart for me. I did not get the name of the associate who loaded them into my vehicle but, he was helpful as well

I recommend shopping at this particular store as Kim W. showed great customer skills and helped us find our new appliance.

The sales assistants who helped were very friendly and knowledgeable and checking out was a breeze. Knowing that we can go back and have everything taken care of if something is wrong was a big factor in making this purchase.

I was well informed when buying my washing machine, I felt very respected, excellent customer service, from both the person who helped in appliances and the cashier! My visit was terrific. I had a question on where to find something and an employee told me exactly where it would be. In addition the cost was almost half off the total price I paid at another store. That was great too. I also appreciated how clean the store was and that merchandise that was stacked was easy to access and still left plenty of room to walk through with a cart. The employees were all happy and smiling. My cashier was awesome. She made me laugh and you better believe I will be back. Reasonable prices, Great service and Great Employees!

Had Craig P. come out for the measuring of entry door and 2 sliders. Craig had actually installed our kitchen cabinets and did an incredible job three years ago, so we knew his work. Don, in doors and windows spent hours finding just the right replacement doors for us then walked us through what he had found as options. Two of our doors were odd sizes. Together we chose what we think will be the perfect doors for us. Can't wait for the install.

The employees that helped me where fantastic, they went beyond what I had remembered from a visit 5 Yr. ago I recommend this store to anyone doing a home project that may need a little advice as well as a good stock of things.

We price shopped the Home Depot vs Lowes today and found that The Home Depot had better prices. We were also surprised to encounter excellent customer service at The Home Depot. They are definitely stepping up their efforts. We received a lot of help at the store.

The store was clean and ready for the customers to begin their Spring projects while snow was still on the ground. This is what I call being proactive and prepared. Good job Home Depot. I will be back to get my supplies to complete my deck.

Overall store appearance is unkempt. Most employees are more than willing to help even if not able to answer all questions or find products I am looking for. Some members of management are rude not only to me but people that may accompany me or other customers that are near me. Sometimes multiple associates have to assist me on one simple question. This has happened on multiple occassions. I have stepped in and told other customers where items are because long term associates do not know where things are located including management.

I was totally satifyed with my visit, the employees were very friendly and curtious,to the location of the product also very knowledgeable about the product. He answered every question I ask and also made suggestions that I was very greatfull to recieve.

The store has cut back on it's inventory. Could not find what I wanted, even though the price would have been cheaper than Lowe's Hardware. Paid the extra amount at Lowe's and got the items needed. Save time and just go to Lowe's instead.

I am very familiar with this Home Depot and I know where most of the items that I'm looking are and I can count on them being in that area almost always. I do not like to have to find items because someone feels like they want change stock around often like they do in some of the home improvement stores. The fact that I know the store and where to find the items I need saves me time and money
