Very satisfied!!! Will be shopping again!!! Need more screws!!

Employee at the paint department did not close the lid properly. Paint got all over my items in the plastic bag on my way home. I called to see if I could get a replacement. They said yes. I arrived at the return desk. I explained to her what happened and I think I had to explain myself over 5 times. I explained that my items were covered in paint and I was unable to bring into my car. She told me to get the items that I needed replaced. I come back to the return desk and two other employees kept asking if I brought in the old items even after showing them that there’s a puddle of paint all over the items. I didn’t receive an apology for their mistake. They rang the items I needed replaced and the supervisor said, “here you go.” Then left. Here’s a photo of the items I needed replaced. It barely cost more than $15 to replace.

I visited 3 locations to get enough vinyl floor for a project. This location was the best. Everyone was friendly. Daryl was outstanding.

I bought the washer and dryer on 10/25/2022 and it was delivered on 10/29/2022.

I have been shopping for supplies at this store for many years, good location and good selection of products.

It was truly a pleasure speaking with Adolfo. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also genuinely helpful and understanding. He recognized how challenging it had been to deal with Allstate through multiple claims and months without receiving a voucher, and he made the process feel far less overwhelming. It’s always refreshing to connect with an associate who truly listens and understands the consumer’s perspective. (unfortunately the New Tampa office was not even close of wanting to be helpful). Thank you, Adolfo, for your patience, empathy, and all of your help — it was greatly appreciated!

Sales associates standing around chatting and when asked for help said someone else’s department. I found what I wanted and had to again go find someone to help me lift it. Poorly run location. The only thing they did right was take my money, and that’s because I self checked out.

I enjoy all the departments. Whatever department I go to there’s always someone to help or someone walking by that can call someone to help. Sometimes I’m in a hurry, but they usually come within five minutes to help. I like the fact that it’s a bilingual store there’s always someone somewhere that can translate if needed.

Great customer service on Wednesday, 8/20/25 at Zephyrhills location of Home Depot. Female associate understood the best alternatives and kept pricing low. Thank you! It is greatly appreciated.

Fertilizer for my tomato plants I start from old tomatoes .because your price on vegetable plants are crazy .I started my strawberry plants with moldy strawberry, you wanted 17 $ for 1 plant.⁰

The Home Depot near me has an employee named Raymond that was so helpful when I needed him. I recently had back surgery and could not load potting soil Raymond helped me load it on a cart and loaded in my car. Could not have done it without him. Thank you, Raymond.
